I have no problem with company or quality of phone but my problem was with the delivery. I ordered off of Amazon and for some reason FedEx was in charge of the drop off and FedEx is a freaking nightmare. I have never had a problem with Amazon ever and they really tried to resolve the problem for me, but FedEx is a damn nightmare. I got my phone late. I had to miss work because the timeframe they gave me was anytime before 8pm and their tracking only says it’s out for delivery and will be there before eight. It’s not the same as Amazon‘s and it required a signature so I had to stay home. I waited every single day for it. It was a headache, but the phone is great. Received the phone earlier than expected. Phone is external quality is great. A tiny bit of wear from previous phone case but nothing bad. Screen is clean. Sound and power buttons work great. I was going to get the Samsung S26 through T-Mobile. I did the research and the privacy screen seems to be the only major change. I figured I could get a screen protector to do that. The S26 Ultra is 1500 bucks and this is 900. I got the 2 year Assurant warranty also. I put 600 bucks in my pocket! I have bought refurbished products before mainly 20 tb hard drives with no issues so this was a no brainer. My opinion is it does take a bit of a learning curve to go from an S10 to an S25. The phone is boxier and heavier. The camera is fantastic! Sound quality is better. Battery life is lightyears better. I used to have the Note and this one has the stylus. I use it often to jot notes down. If you are thinking about the S26 Ultra this is a much better alternative. Save your money and do this! You also are not committed to 24 months and if you use say Capital One rewards card you get a little more off! ... show more

Everything seems to be great with this purchase. Physically speaking the phone looks brand new, not a single smudge or scratch anywhere. Even the charging port area has no missed insertion marks. However, the battery is not as healthy as I was hoping for. I used AccuBattery Pro to do an entire weeks worth of testing to see how much battery degradation there is and therefore how much use this device previously seen and it is confirmed. The battery only has 86% capacity left which is above the minimum of 80 percent promised and less than what I was hoping for. This is not a bad thing nor a good thing. At 820 dollars I expected slightly better battery health. Thankfully, what I got is a physically pristine SM-S938U1 (Factory Unlocked Samsung Phone) that was already provisioned for T-Mobile (CSC of TMB) which just happens to be my carrier. Truthfully, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was hoping for a better battery because I plan on keeping this phone for a minimum of 5 years. So I will probably need to bring it into Ubreakifix in two years and have them install a new battery for me which is not a big deal. The seller was super quick with the shipping and I got it on time. It's good functional phone. Perfect physical condition. But since it's renewed it can't get the oneUI 8.5 update. I mean my old broken s25 ultra already has the latest update. But not this one. But overall it's a good phone.

The phone is ok. Not thrilled with some of the features. Messaging app takes getting used to. Still trying to set it up. The setup has not been easy. Many of the features I had grown accustomed to in older Samsungs seem to have been removed, or I cannot find them. I needed a new phone with more room. I miss my old phone. Bigger /newer is not better in this case. The battery seems to last a full day but not much more. Something strange happened with the phone when trying to connect 2 lines for conferencing. The phone was stuck on one line and would not allow me to hang up or complete the merge. It stayed that way until both parties closed the line on their side.
