I was going to get the Samsung S26 through T-Mobile. I did the research and the privacy screen seems to be the only major change. I figured I could get a screen protector to do that. The S26 Ultra is 1500 bucks and this is 900. I got the 2 year Assurant warranty also. I put 600 bucks in my pocket! I have bought refurbished products before mainly 20 tb hard drives with no issues so this was a no brainer. My opinion is it does take a bit of a learning curve to go from an S10 to an S25. The phone is boxier and heavier. The camera is fantastic! Sound quality is better. Battery life is lightyears better. I used to have the Note and this one has the stylus. I use it often to jot notes down. If you are thinking about the S26 Ultra this is a much better alternative. Save your money and do this! You also are not committed to 24 months and if you use say Capital One rewards card you get a little more off! ... show more

This seller is amazing. I had a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra months after purchase. After a firmware update, the phone began requesting an MCK (network unlock) code and lost carrier connectivity. My carrier and Samsung support were unable to resolve the issue and kept redirecting me elsewhere. I contacted this seller, explained the situation, and they had me ship the device back for evaluation. They reinstalled the official firmware and restored the phone to full working condition. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they handled everything professionally. I was hesitant to buy an Amazon Renewed phone, but I knew I could return it if needed. Of course, with a Renewed product, you get the phone, a cord and a SIM tool. Nothing else. It's taken me about 3 days to get this completely setup the way I wanted it. I went from an S20 Ultra to an S25 Ultra. Same phone, but much more so. The phone looks and functions as brand new. It came with 11% battery charge and a flimsy plastic screen cover which I replaced with a higher grade of protection. All the settings and functions work as expected. It was several hundred dollars less than the same model refurbished from Samsung. So, I feel like it was a good deal. FedEx delivered with signature required. That shows the seller is being compliant with getting it to me and only me. Overall, Samsung is my jam and this is a fabulous device. If you're hesitant, do your research.
