First off. The ad says 24 inch wheels but when it comes the tires are 26.5 basically 27 which makes it really tall. I'm 5'11 and it comes to my hip. Other than that everything works! Like the title states a very handsome. Bike.

I had no power to the front tire worked on. It couldn’t figure it out. I contacting customer support. They sent a YouTube video and some suggestions on me to look for and I had a wire to the motor. Wasn’t correctly plugged in. customer support responded very quickly

Have also been considering buying an e-bike to get into the more remote areas - This dual battery & dual motor ebike is a very good choice. It has strong power and 50ah long battery life. I believe it will make my adventure very enjoyable.
