Love it! Easy set up and good quality product, especially for the price. Was a bit taken back by the USB cord rather than a wall plug. There was no mention of power output on any of the paperwork or in the product description. The domes hold quite a bit of humidity. The product has ventilation holes up at the top near the lights that you can control, however, some of the containers still started growing a thin layer of mold along the top with it fully open. Fox for this is sprinkles of cinnamon and I just propped the top up a bit for more ventilation.

Completely disappointed with this seed starter system. What a waste of money and, worse, my carefully cultivated seedlings. The biggest issue by far is the inadequate grow light that comes with this unit. Despite the product description claiming it provides "full spectrum" lighting for healthy seedling development, my plants quickly became severely leggy, desperately stretching toward what little light was available. Within just a week of germination, my tomato and pepper seedlings developed thin, weak stems as they strained upward, growing at alarming angles rather than standing strong and upright. The light intensity is simply nowhere near powerful enough to support proper plant development, regardless of how close I positioned it to the seedlings. I even tried running the lights for extended hours (18+ hours daily), but the seedlings continued to stretch and become increasingly leggy. The heat mat is equally problematic - it runs much too hot with no real temperature control, causing soil to dry out rapidly and stressing the delicate root systems. Combined with the inadequate lighting, this created the perfect conditions for failure. Several seedlings that managed to germinate quickly wilted and died despite careful attention to watering. The tray construction itself feels flimsy and cheap, with poor drainage that led to some cells remaining waterlogged while others dried out. The humidity dome doesn't fit properly and kept slipping off. Save your money and invest in a proper grow light system with actual light intensity suitable for plant development. This starter kit will only lead to disappointment and leggy, unusable seedlings that won't survive transplanting. Complete waste of a growing season.

The product works mostly as intended. Once you set it up be careful if you have to move it at all. The material for the bottom is very flimsy and cheap. I used both haves to lift and move it to a different shelf and the middle literally split. I had to put a different tray under it so nothing would end up on the heating element.
