Great shoe storage solution! I worked at The Container Store for 10 years and we used to sell their drop down shoe boxes like crazy. The only thing for me that I didn't like was the height...it wasted some space. These boxes however are a LOT LESS money and are at least 1 1/4" shorter or more. They were very easy to put together and I'm a 77 year old organized lady. My husband wasn't keeping his shoes in the boxes I had, so I thought I would try these based on the reviews. He really like them and I ended up ordering another dozen. I'm fine with what I had, but used some of his leftovers. Also, the fact that they have holes to ventilate the shoes is a big plus! We have a very small home (1460 sf) and our master closet is super small as you will see in the picture, so I did my best in taking a photo from each direction.

My sister has like 80 shoes and when I went over to her house each set were in clear boxes from the container store. I looked them up online and they are like $35 each! I looked for a more affordable option and these were perfect. $39.99 for 12, amazing. When assembled together they are strong and sturdy. My boyfriend said he was very surprised because it’s made of plastic that you have to fold to put together and then you put the doors on. He thought it was going to be flimsy but when put together it’s really an amazing product. Turned my messy closet into an organized one. I put 4 stars because it was cumbersome to assemble maybe took me about 50 minutes to put together. But they are very good. I don’t believe I’ll even upgrade to a better brand when u get paid, I’ll just use these and buy more when needed. I was very happy because they fit these large ankle boots that I have, they also fit my boyfriend’s large sneakers and dress shoes. Very spacious. I definitely recommend.

I really like these. At first, i thought the sides were flimsy - i was expecting hard, sturdy plastic. The sides are thin plastic but hold up very well. The assembly was a little confusing at first, but i scanned the QR code on the directions, watched the you tube video and had them all assembled in about 10 minutes. They lock together easily and stack very nicely. These really helped organize the top of a badly utilized hall closet. i haven't finished the space yet but i'm really happy with what has so far been accomplished.

Inexpensive, easy to assemble, perfect solution even for a high end closet. No more stacked shoe boxes or dusty shoes. They attach when stacked, vertically only, so for side to side stability some clear packing tape works great across the top stack and bottom stack seams. Great product for the price. Note: my shoes are size 10 US and they all fit the XL box very well. Likely an inch or two to spare. If you wear a large shoe size check the dimensions to ensure they will fit.

Outside of Instructions not being included, (thank goodness I am "Deanne" the builder) this has been a useful item as far as organization for shoes, being able to see and get shoes off the floor. The Cost is a little steep for the quality; they are very flimsy, the tabs that stack are helpful, however the doors come on and off very easily just with opening which is an inconvenience. The fit for mine is nice as I am a 7, a lot of extra room and fits heels which is a plus. They are light weight, however, I had to buy a lot for the build to be sturdy. MEH!

First, look at the price. The picture you see is fully assembled and of course it makes it look nicer than it actually is. You are not going to get 12 high end solid already assembled rigid plastic storage bins with easy open fronts. Also, these do not slide out. These are mass produced sheets of strong plastic that come completely flat made to expand into a shape of a box. So these are flexible and only rigid once the ends are assembled. Assembly is required and requires a bit of patience on the first one. In saying that, shoes should not require a strong storage box and these work fine unless you plan to use it every day all the time. I would recommend for storage & not for repeated use by many people. For shoes being used daily, I'd recommend something else or just use a regular shoe rack. Many styles of shoes will stand up straight in the box, but high heels may have to be turned sideways. I have also used for baseball caps as well. Assembly. It is very SIMPLE but patience is required! Expand the plastic sheets and make it form a box shape. Bend inward all tabs on both ends. Position the back onto one end and click in one side, then use your hands to guide the edges into the back, click in sides. Repeat for other end, paying attention to which way you want the little door to open. First few were slow, then it was easy from there on out. You have 12 to do so you might want to do a few of the same movements at the same time, or get someone to help. These will stack. You must push out the stacking tabs. The box on top has tabs on the bottom to slide into the top sides of box below to make it sturdy. Is this high end? No. Use care when opening the little door. Does it work well in the top of a closet? Yes. It took a lot of clutter and organized it very well, off the floor and into spaces we were not using. We bought another set for out closet so for what it is, we recommend it.
