I’m pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this is and how easy it was to be put together. It’s lovely and comfortable. I was imagining a different soft/firmness with “cloud cushion “ being in it’s name, but it’s actually wonderful. It’s not “poofy” soft, it’s a mounded soft cushion. Regardless, I’m happy I bought it. I ran into one snag, in that one of the ottoman’s legs wouldn’t screw in, as the screw insert hole (imbedded in the base) is loose inside the frame. Just twirls away. I contacted customer service and they responded to my claim immediately. I expect I’ll receive a new ottoman base, as the cushion and other legs are fine. All’s well that ends well. ... show more

I’m not gonna lie, I was extremely skeptical about ordering a whole couch online. I like to sit, feel it out and definitely check the height since my husband and I are tall. So height is very important to me. My apartment has very narrow wall space so getting a huge couch has been a challenge. It arrived in three boxes. Which made it Very easy to assemble. They fit perfectly and the color was exactly as pictured. To my surprise I received two ottoman’s and as pictured was only one. Now we both have one. I’m very pleased with this purchase. For the price, it’s a great sofa for a smaller space. I am 6’2” and I fit comfortably on this sofa. It does sit fairly low to the ground- doesn’t look bad but you do sink into the cloud cushions quite a bit. With that said, I wouldn’t recommend for someone elderly or someone that has a hard time getting up. I ordered 6” furniture legs for it to bring it up a little bit. The back cushions are very thin and nothing like the seat cushions, you can feel the metal bars from the back support through them. I am adding more throw pillows to offset this. Overall- 4/5 because of the price compared to other “cloud” sofas. I would like to add- all of the cushion covers DO seem to come off for cleaning except for the seat cushions, there is no way to remove the pillow from the top part. Took me about 1.5 hours to put together by myself. ... show more

Just a great comfy couch if you need something to sink into but don’t want to get stuck, or spend a fortune! I bought 2 and while the boxes were heavy, they were not difficult to assemble. Probably 2-3 hours for the couches and the ottomans. You can stretch out and relax so easily. Love these! And the yellow is perfect. Not too bright, not too mustard. Love live ... show more

Our couch arrived in four separate boxes. It was missing an ottoman at first but the seller communicated immediately after we notified them and shipped it out. Is the couch low - not lower than my old couch. Is it comfy - YES. I was skeptical because buying off of Amazon and not testing it, how would you really know? I figured if it was too hard I could do like another reviewer and add a mattress topper inside but we felt that it was not necessary. Assembly of the couch was very easy. I’m shocked at how comfortable everyone said this couch is. If I lay down with my head on the arm rest pillows I can literally feel the base of my skull going numb because of how hard the frame and “cushion” is. The cushions are better than sitting against the bare frame, but there is zero lumbar support unless you sit back at a right angle. I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes and have to keep readjusting because different positions start to cause me pain or party of my body starts to lose sensation. Very disappointed because I really needed a couch that at the very least wouldn’t make me feel worse after sitting on it. At this point, I will probably go through the hassle of trying to return this. Also, and this is really gross, there is an intense smell to this couch. If you have this, it is not as chemical smell from the manufacturing. It’s a mold smell from the packaging. It’s a very distinct smell and comes from molding cardboard boxes. This mold smell is so strong that it will taint the plastic wrappings of items in the boxes. There is a moisture problem wherever these are being stored. If you open the box and you’re hit in the face with this smell- remove all packaging in your garage. The couch will not carry this scent because the mold spores are only on the outside of the plastic. Otherwise, the smell will linger because the spores will get in your carpet.
