I had a few questions after receiving the sofa..and they were so friendly, professional, and provided all the info I needed. I placed the order and it arrived in just a few days, well ahead of what I was expecting. Everything was packaged securely, so no damage at all to the pieces. As for assembly—I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the instructions were crystal clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I was able to put the sofa together by myself in about 30 minutes! The modular design is really cool. We have it configured as a love seat with ottomans right now, but will probably expand to the sectional shortly. Now, the best part—the comfort! This sofa is like sitting on a cloud! I was quite surprised, given the affordable price! The cushions are super plush…but still supportive. It’s truly a perfect blend of style, comfort, and affordability. Lastly, I want to stress again how wonderful the customer service was.
