I had a few questions after receiving the sofa..and they were so friendly, professional, and provided all the info I needed. I placed the order and it arrived in just a few days, well ahead of what I was expecting. Everything was packaged securely, so no damage at all to the pieces. As for assembly—I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the instructions were crystal clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I was able to put the sofa together by myself in about 30 minutes! The modular design is really cool. We have it configured as a love seat with ottomans right now, but will probably expand to the sectional shortly. Now, the best part—the comfort! This sofa is like sitting on a cloud! I was quite surprised, given the affordable price! The cushions are super plush…but still supportive. I really tried to give this couch a chance but it seriously sucks. Don’t buy it. It’s way too expensive to be this cheap material and production. It’s not soft. It’s so thin and not comfy at all. The back pillows have almost no cushion. It sits so low on the ground. My boyfriend and I can’t even lay on it anymore. It hurts my back and hips just sitting on it. I can feel the springs in my back and butt. Even though you can bolt it together, the cushions still slide apart somehow and the cracks are terrible. I ordered this couch in the beige color and I absolutely love it. The color is perfect — very clean, neutral, and makes my space feel cozy and put together. It looks just like the photos. Assembly was super easy and didn’t take long at all, which was a huge plus. One important thing to note: the couch does come in separate packages. It is a little lower that most sofa’s so it might take some time to get used to getting up and down but overall very happy. Had the toughest time with this delivery due to UPS which are the most horrible carrier yet the seller went OVER AND BEYOND in ensuring that I received my packages. I was extremely frustrated and upset but they remained patient, professional, helpful and supportive. I truly can’t thank them enough. They did come separately and I do suggest waiting until you receive all of your packages before assembling. As far as the quality? WOW!!! High quality for the price! I’ve been sleeping on this sofa since purchasing it although I have an entire bed and the cushions still holds! I love how it feels, the green is BEAUTIFUL and I love how it fills up my wall completely. It’s sturdy, sits low which gives it a nice modern artsy vibe that I see in Pinterest photos (I may return my 6 inch legs that people suggested because I love the low look). It doesn’t weight a ton.
