BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. It’s not as fluffed and pretty as the pictures. If you do decide to ignore warnings and purchase it, Ravy concept is one of the hardest companies I’ve ever had to work with. They are unreasonable, they will try to refund you A DOLLAR and if you keep trying to contact them, they will block you. So far I really like this couch. It came in multiple shipments but other than that everything is perfect. The video instructions on the product shop page made putting it together a breeze probably spent less than an hour on it. It’s easy to move around. The cushions aren’t moving. The ottomans have Velcro that keep the cushions stuck on and so far with two very destructive kids they’ve held up like a champ. It’s very cozy. You really can’t beat the price either. ... show more

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase of the Ravy Concept modular sofa! From start to finish, this has been a fantastic experience. First of all, the customer service was exceptional! I had a few questions after receiving the sofa..and they were so friendly, professional, and provided all the info I needed. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that made me feel really confident about my purchase. The delivery was impressively fast. I placed the order and it arrived in just a few days, well ahead of what I was expecting. Everything was packaged securely, so no damage at all to the pieces. As for assembly—I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the instructions were crystal clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I was able to put the sofa together by myself in about 30 minutes! The modular design is really cool. We have it configured as a love seat with ottomans right now, but will probably expand to the sectional shortly. Now, the best part—the comfort! This sofa is like sitting on a cloud! I was quite surprised, given the affordable price! The cushions are super plush…but still supportive. It’s truly a perfect blend of style, comfort, and affordability. Lastly, I want to stress again how wonderful the customer service was. It’s rare to experience such excellent after-sales support these days, and it made me appreciate this brand even more. If you’re on the fence, just go for it!
