This is an honest review. I'm not getting paid for this review but this is one of the best budget-friendly couches. I have ever bought extremely comfortable worth all the money? I am so extremely grateful. I highly recommend this everyone!! And it will be delivered in two parts. It had no smell it was perfect! And I bought the rug on amazon, also perfect match. Okay, one more note, nice height. It looks like it's going to be easy to clean, but most definitely functionable.. However, I will recommend once you open this. It's going to expand which is easy to assemble, but make sure you have it to where you want it. Because it's it heavy to lift. I'm by myself! ... show more

I was anxious about ordering a couch online since it's a big purchase, so I spent a ton of time researching what felt like every single option before settling on this one - and I am very happy with my decision! It's absolutely beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and firm enough. The back pillows didn't offer much support, so I bought queen sized sleeping pillows from Target and inserted them into the back pillows which have zipper openings on them - and it really transformed the couch (the last two photos show a before and after). Now it's perfect! I also added two lumbar pillows to lay behind the couch and I think it elevates the look. Also - their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. My couch came in 2 deliveries and I had a hard time locating one of the packages (apartment complex with a large package room). They responded promptly with photos of what the box looked like so I was able to find it. Just really nice, responsive and helpful people! ... show more

The couch is firm and comfortable, it is pretty big and it is ONE couch piece, with 3 movable ottomans. So the only thing you can arrange is the leg rests. I had some issues with it not being modular as described but their customer service and Amazon customer service were willing to work with me so I'm still giving it a good rating despite the mix up because its still a good couch. Again though, not actually modular. Original: Currently dealing with customer support on this item, will update as we go it could be a 5 star service if they do what's right. *this is NOT a modular couch. Very nice and massive. I saw the measurements obviously but I was still kind of shocked at how big it was. Material is soft. Came in 3 packages, one then two days later the other two. Which one is super heavy then other two not bad heavy. Super easy to let out of packaging. No smell. My back cushions were flat so I fluffed them up and now they look good. I have a bunch of pillows that I will add to the couch too. It’s super firm but I think in a good way. Let it rise up for two or three days before sitting on it. I think the height is great, it’s kinda heavy to move around and grip on but maybe that’s just me lol and I think it looks super cute and fancy. I have to get a bigger apartment now tho cause this took up majority of the living room lol I love it tho and recommend buying if you like firmer couches with plush feel ... show more

I love it. It is perfect for my family of 4. We did buy a cover for the couch part but it is easy to spot clean, even with two young kids. The back is low so if you prefer a higher back I would not recommend.
