We absolutely LOVE this couch!! First off, I will say that after unboxing & building, I found there was damage to the electrical connection for the control panel. I messaged the seller & received an immediate response & replacement. Now, onto the couch - I was a little iffy on the material at first, but it’s turned out to be perfect. It’s truly as described. I am a little worried about the fabrics around the armrests, as it seems it could get worn a little quickly, but not a problem so far. The assembly takes time - this is a large piece of furniture. I had a few slight alignment hiccups, but after tightening, all worked out. It is COMFORTABLE! We opted to use the ottoman next to the chaise, instead of a u-shape, and that’s the advantage of flexibility with the piece. For the price & the fun lights/charging, I feel like it’s an awesome deal. We are close to a month in, and it’s great. The cushions need time to expand, so don’t skip that. We haven’t tried the speaker yet, but it’s on my list after we get through Halloween. I highly recommend this couch - just be prepared for some time for assembly & be aware of the cords so they don’t get stuck in between pieces (the lighting connectors. Great couch & great seller! Fast shipping as well. It came in 3 very heavy boxes, which at 5’3” 115 pounds I managed to get in my house very creatively. ... show more

It's a simple assembly. Has slight issue with 2 bolts but it want enough to hurt the structure. Directions need a touch of wording to emphasize placement of certain parts. But other than that operates great wasn't hard to learn and good quality. Pillows need a little more fluffy feeling to be a great seat but I think as long as your not trying to sleep there your great. It is a bit big for most places 10 ft is a lot of couch. Over all I could go with it and recommend it for features be price it's what you would expect. ... show more

Looks no where close to the pictures beware its very small almost kids size. I did expect it to feel some what cheap coming from Amazon but its worse than expected scared I might break it if I sit on it. It did go together extremely well though. But im still very disappointed for the price I paid its not comfortable and looks like a big dog bed in my living room. ... show more

Such a great couch honestly! At first we got a lil confused we thought it was missing some parts but they were actually located inside the arm rests, the sender was super helpful in helping us locate everything and making sure we were satisfied with our order. It was fairly easy to assemble on some parts it does help to have someone help to line up the holes with the screws but other than that its easy and everything works, the lights the chargers and its super comfy. I love how the lights change colors and it comes with velcro to hold the cushions in place. Def recommend purchasing! ... show more

Happy that I got the sectional in time for my family gathering. All boxes did not arrive at the same time; however the seller was very responsive with letting me know what was going on with the delivery. I got the yellow sectional. It looks great in my den area. The end piece does not have the ottoman connected as one piece like what shows in the picture; however its not a deal breaker. The sectional was not hard to assemble. Just take your time and read the instructions; its easy to follow. The picture makes the sectional seem small, but it a good size. You will not be disappointed. ... show more
