The shipment came early, in two boxes. It was well packed with instructions. IMPORTANT! The ottomans are stuffed in the couch SIDES. You have to open the velcro at the bottom of each side to pull them out. These are the parts for each ottoman. Both ottomans are turning into the storage boxes, which is very useful! Also IMPORTANT! Once you find the side with the control on its top, look for the power plug, plug it in and test that charging station and USB ports. This is my usual sanity check to don't unpack everything just to find out that you have to return or replace it. :) The instructions were NOT the best but clear enough to make an assembly straight forward. As a person who wrote many user-friendly manuals, I'd rate it 7/10. The total assembly time is about 2 hours. Do NOT overtie the bolts while assembling the ottomans. If you do that, you may have a hard time fitting in the lids. Similarly, attach the legs loosely, then adjust to ensure the ottomans and the couch are evenly on the floor. Overall, I am still giving this product 5-star for the following pros: - price. you can't find such flexible, cool looking yet affordable couch like this! - modern look. I bough a dark gray because have enough colors in my living room, and it fitted excellent! - comfort. my GF said, oh, it must be not very comfy... and then fell asleep on it watching TV on the 1st night, admitting how cozy she felt thereafter. - details. the velcro on the back, the quality of assembly the material, the light weight yet heavy enough to be sturdy and stay in place, all of it is just in the right place. - coolness. I haven't seen any other couch that offers these nice lights. they make it look cozy and cool. - tech. there are other couches that offer USB chargers and such, but the fast charger station for your phone on the handle is a brilliant idea, and it looks and works great. - extra storage. yet another nice touch. we have linen there now to easily turn this couch from love sofa, to a sleep over guest bed. - customer support. I had to talk to them because I couldn't find the cushions, which were in the couch sides! they replied instantly and the problem was solved. they were also accommodating, saying that they are ready to help if I am missing any parts. Bottom line: look no more, buy it, try it, and thank me later. with a free return and this price point, it's a no brainer. Honestly for the price, you’re getting a great deal! It’s sturdy and comfortable. It did take 3 hours to assemble with 3 people. My husband and I are fat and this couch ain’t struggled! It don’t look quit as nice as the pictures (especially after 7 months) but it’s cheap and does the job

Don’t buy this couch! I’ve had it a month and the lights/charger port already stopped working on top of the fact that is like sitting on a box sits so uncomfortable. Only plus is how easy it is to put together.
