The shipment came early, in two boxes. It was well packed with instructions. IMPORTANT! The ottomans are stuffed in the couch SIDES. You have to open the velcro at the bottom of each side to pull them out. These are the parts for each ottoman. Both ottomans are turning into the storage boxes, which is very useful! Also IMPORTANT! Once you find the side with the control on its top, look for the power plug, plug it in and test that charging station and USB ports. This is my usual sanity check to don't unpack everything just to find out that you have to return or replace it. :) The instructions were NOT the best but clear enough to make an assembly straight forward. As a person who wrote many user-friendly manuals, I'd rate it 7/10. The total assembly time is about 2 hours. Do NOT overtie the bolts while assembling the ottomans. If you do that, you may have a hard time fitting in the lids. Similarly, attach the legs loosely, then adjust to ensure the ottomans and the couch are evenly on the floor. Overall, I am still giving this product 5-star for the following pros: - price. you can't find such flexible, cool looking yet affordable couch like this! - modern look. I bough a dark gray because have enough colors in my living room, and it fitted excellent! - comfort. my GF said, oh, it must be not very comfy... and then fell asleep on it watching TV on the 1st night, admitting how cozy she felt thereafter. - details. the velcro on the back, the quality of assembly the material, the light weight yet heavy enough to be sturdy and stay in place, all of it is just in the right place. - coolness. I haven't seen any other couch that offers these nice lights. they make it look cozy and cool. - tech. there are other couches that offer USB chargers and such, but the fast charger station for your phone on the handle is a brilliant idea, and it looks and works great. - extra storage. yet another nice touch. we have linen there now to easily turn this couch from love sofa, to a sleep over guest bed. - customer support. I had to talk to them because I couldn't find the cushions, which were in the couch sides! they replied instantly and the problem was solved. they were also accommodating, saying that they are ready to help if I am missing any parts. Bottom line: look no more, buy it, try it, and thank me later. with a free return and this price point, it's a no brainer. So regardless of the trouble we had during the process, I had to give 5 stars for the price and durability of this couch. 1) It comes in 2 separate packages on different days. (I was unaware) 2) Ours did not come with a manual. Making it more difficult and lengthy to assemble 3) Holes had to be made because fabric were blocking many of the holes for the screws The sofa however is just as described, material is very durable, LEDs work and charging port. 👏 ... show more

So to start the couch its self is absolutely great! It is beautiful and love the lights and the charging station plus the side pockets. My kids really put them to use. Definitely worth the money spent on it and I got it on a sale! So no complaints here on the price. When it comes to comfort it is a bit stiff and considered a firm couch ( very firm ). But if you are looking for something firm this will be a perfect choice for you. It gives you the back support you are looking for whether or not it was firm or soft. Now when it came to assembling the couch that is where I would have to say it is a two person job for certain parts and they don’t make it easy to figure out that the ottomans when building them each have two different boards for each one for in total and they go across from one another in order to make the square to put the top on. I have read plenty of reviews people saying parts don’t fit or the cover doesn’t fit for the ottoman to close it since there’s a storage system, but in all honesty, I believe that his user error. I love this couch however, there is a few things to note. If you were going to get this couch it does take a little bit of manpower to put together. You will need two people for the size of the pieces and how you are supposed to assemble a few of the drill holes were not drilled all the way through so having a electric drill might be a requirement on that. I’ve had this couch for a few months now and the back cushions do you have a habit of falling down and getting a little bit deformed other than that is held up and looks like the pictures having the belt and lights and charging outlets is definitely a bonus to owning couch ... show more

The finished results is good for what you pay for. but the build itself was very off. The instructions was easy to read, however when I started on the footbinch I had a hard time assembling them because part read as "v, or connector" didn't aligned with the drill holes please on parts. F & G. Also one of part F didn't have all for drill hole to attach together had to improvise. I did not return the sectional because I stained the couche with a fabric dye do to them not having the color I wanted, however the selections of color was not an issue.. throughout the build, even though the manual was very straightforward the time where screw M was supposed to be scew n and vice versa. Over all if you are not a DIY person with a library of tools to help get creative. Only just you're hands them i would look somewhere else. For a couple set. The finish is nice, but very short for a sectional couch combo. ... show more
