While this is not the cheapest product (it goes a long way as you do not need to use a lot), the fragrance is lighter than many other hair sprays, and this product holds my hair well without being stiff and without leaving a lot of residue in my hair. This is the best hair spray I have ever used. It's not heavy and it leaves my hair soft with perfect hold. It's not sticky or hard on my hair. I love it and this is the second time I have bought it, now I don't want any other kind of hair spray. It's worth the money.

I am from the generation where my mother had helmet hair and sprayed Aquanet so thick that a fog drifted in our bathroom then slowly came down the hall to the den like a fog rolling in from the water in San Francisco. Don't even get me started on the thick layer of goo on the bathroom countertop! I digress...This hairspray is light and doesn't feel stiff but holds my fine hair somewhat in place and stifles the crazy wisps of hair on the top of my head to lay down and not dance in the sunlight. My days of wearing gel, mousse, and pomades are in the past. Don't like the wet look or crunchy feeling hair. My hair is pretty wavy and this works great at holding it in place without being able to tell I have any product in it. What I really like is that I live in a very windy location and Sebastian allows me to run my hands through my hair and style it again after it gets windblown and I get inside wherever I am going.
