I haven’t had it very long but love it so far. It’s comfortable to sit in. It rolls under my desk easy to keep out of the way. I got the pink fabric one and do like how the fabric feels rather than the vinyl ones.

This is such a cute chair. I loved the cream and white combo and the soft velvety fabric. I was disappointed that it didn't fit my comfort needs. I am 5'4" and the curve in the chair hit me right in my upper back, which made me feel like I was constantly being pushed forward. I would have liked the curve to hit me in my lumbar region (i.e., lower back). I was nervous about issuing the return since it wasn't a Prime purchase, but Seatzone was very professional and kindly refunded me without any hassle. ... show more

This is my office chair. It is comfy to sit in, however. About 2 months ago springs in the back seemed to keep breaking and sticking through and poking holes in the fabric. The media could not be loaded. HEAVILY disappointed. You would think the chair back would be comfortable and packed full of cushion. Nope, we all your parts inside of it and it’s full of empty space. The wheels- castors- etc how this is applied to the legs and base are awful. It took weeks of assembly and still cannot get wheels into the legs. Messages the seller and response was as if we were idiots and did not know how to assemble the chair. We tried everything that was already suggested and explained in the message. Finally request a return and I have to pay for postage to send back the chair. Customer service all the way around wasted money. I’ll go ahead and save myself the waste of additional time and sell it myself and let someone else review it ... show more
