Came in 1 box with pieces clearly labeled and visual assembly manual. Take your time and lay everything out on the floor. Don't fully tighten all pieces until fully assembled. A socket wrench and pliers to hold nut while tightening are helpful. Very happy with this. The trouble with traditional bent-over rows is my lower back gives out before my lats, and chest-supported row on incline bench was awkward to set up. With this machine I can take my lats to full exhaustion without worrying about my lower back. ... show more

Piece of crap... I haven't even had it a year and the main support bar going from front to back is bent. Only 115 lbs on each hand.

It isn't up to the standards of commercial quality, but good for several thousand dollars less. I wish the chest pad were bigger. For those strong enough to pull heavy weights, it would be nice to have the pressure spread over a larger area.
