Really liked this massager/heated seat cover for about a week then the softness wore off and the vibrating motors are painfully noticable in the back area. I gave 3 stars because it was great for the first week of use and the heat option is nice, but now I can barely sit on it in the car with out the motors jabbing me in the back causing additional pain. I can use it still on much softer surfaces like a plush recliner or bed.

If you buy one, you might as well buy two! The family will be fighting over it. It's comfortable, quiet, and it just wonderful after a long day at work or a long day of working around the house, especially after mopping, vacuum cleaning or doing laundry. My in on a recliner, I turn on a movie, lean back and enjoy!
