I have used these cutting boards absolutely every day. I love them! The small one gets used the most but they all function superbly. These are very easy to clean, do not stain with chopping vegetables or meat. There is no evidence that a knife was ever used on them! It is thin enough to fold when you need to pour chopped food but sturdy enough to carry across the kitchen with a light load. I have a hard surface stone countertop and the cutting boards will tend to wiggle just a bit but not to the extent that I have to put a rubber mat under it to keep it from slipping when I am chopping. I recommend these without reservation for busy cooks who don't want to be sharpening their knives every other day as these boards do not dull knives.

I've used them for several months now and can't think of anything negative to say. They are reversible so it just doesn't matter how you set them down. They have the groove around the edge so juices don't run off. There are NO ... and I mean NO knife marks after using them daily for salad prep, meat slicing, slicing sandwiches, and spatchcocking chickens. To clean them I can either do a soapy scrub in the sink or run them thru the dishwasher. They always come out perfect. They store in a shallow flat drawer by our kitchen island and all 3 stack up at just 3/8" in height. And they are still as soft and strong as the day I got them. Maybe I'll write another review after 5 years of use to verify how awesome I believe they'll still be at that time.

We have used so many types of cutting boards over the years from woods to hard plastics to thin cheapies to stone (So nice to use but just absolutely KILL your knives...and FAST). Using these now are a really nice feel. I love the ease and flexibility of some thinner plastic cutting boards and the stability of the stone or harder plastic cutting boards...these fit right in the middle. They are very flexible yet since they are a little thicker and TPU they are also still a bit stiffer and feel tough. We have managed to get a couple small scratches in them already...but we have also made sure to not use a serrated knife of any kind to make sure these last longer. I also have been trying out a few brand new knives on them so it is getting hit with some of the sharpest of knives too so a minor scratch here or there is absolutely expected already. They clean super easy and are of good sizes. I would love a 4th one which is even just a little bit larger like the difference between the others larger...but the sizes are pretty good (I like larger ones sometimes). Overall...even if we cut these up a bit and they get stinky form onions or other strong foods down the road I am very likely to buy another set of them (as long as that is down the road a bit). They are very nice boards which I thoroughly enjoy using.

Received these a few days ago and immediately put them to good use. They have been used for bread, fruit, veggies, and cooked meat. Thus far. I love how flexible yet sturdy they are. My only issue is the one stained immediately while I was dicing russet potatoes. Knowing potatoes can stain, I didn't let them sit for any length of time - just long enough to get the potato diced and yet it left ugly black marks on the surface of the board that won't come off. Other than that, they're great cutting boards. Happy with my purchase thus far - will post an update if something changes.

I recently switched over most all of my cutting boards to TPU. TPU seems to be easy to clean and sanitize and also easy on my fine Japanese knife blades. This particular one is nice and flexible and thick. One thing I would have to say is that all the TPU cutting mats say “non-slip”. That is not really true, they will slip on granite counter tops, they are not silicone or rubber. But they do stay put pretty well, and sometimes I put a silicone mat underneath like I would with wood or plastic.

I love that these have the various sizes and the flexibility of them for sliding chopped food into pans or containers. The chopping does not leave marks or cuts on surface . No micro plastics making it into our food now . I removed all my other cutting boards and will buy more of these if I need them , so far the pack of three works great and I love the green color I ordered.
