The hover board works, but when the seat is placed on it, it does not work. The directions showed a pad that should have been included that is placed under the seat. My son is trying to deal with the company to get the part. Not the easiest thing to do. The directions were very unclear! Do you have a parts list for this product?

This device worked perfectly for my 11 year old son - he absolutely loves it and feels he finally has his go-cart he always wanted. He's been riding it for about 5 days now and it's all he can think about every day :). The device fit our hoverboard/scooter perfectly. My son set it up himself and it took him about 10 min to assemble it onto the hoverboard. I think the size of this device is reaching its max age limit for my son; he has it set up on the widest setting from hip to toe, and is still a bit crunched, but it works really well overall. The two areas where he thought could use some improvement is the seat is not very comfortable (it's a bit small for him and he says he can't really lay back because it's uncomfortable), and the wheel at the front is not very soft, so it has a lot of road noise and vibration. I'd say overall the front wheel is the part that takes away from a near perfect device. If they can add a softer tire, more like the tires of the hoverboard, it would be a much more quiet, softer ride, and safer, as the tire wiggles at high speeds and small rocks on the road sometimes cause it to lose some control. We're using this device with this particular hoverboard: GOTRAX E4 All Terrain Hoverboard, 8.5" Offroad Tires Self Balancing Scooters with Music Speaker, UL2272 Certified, 144Wh Battery Up to 7 Miles, Dual 250W Motor Up to 7.5Mph Overall we're very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved this for our 6 year old daughter. She got it for Christmas and was ecstatic to say the least. We put it together and let it charge the whole night (followed the instructions). She used it the next day and everything was great. The following day when she tried to use it, it kept beeping from one side indicating it needed charge . We charged it longer and it kept beeping. We tried trouble shooting to see if we could reset and nothing worked. We had to return the item. A great product if it works correctly.

After using the hoverboard for 2 years, my son lost interest and it was put to the corner. After adding this seat attachment, it looks like a new toy he thoroughly enjoyed it. Best part is with the extendable frame kids of various heights can enjoy it with minimal adjustment. I would have given 5 stars if instructions are more clearly laid out and came up with a video showing installation. Be cautious first timers, hoverboard can move really fast with slight movements. You will get adopted to it after few rides. A seat belt attached to it would land this in top bracket.
