I’m a barber who acquired a disability last year and I use this stool as an aid for work. I can’t stand for long periods of time so I kneel upright on this which keeps me at standing hight and allows me to do my job without compromising my body. It is very convenient to store and easy to put up and take down. There are notches to extend the stabilizing legs past ground level which allow it to stay balanced even though my mat that it sits on is raised higher than the chair base that the legs rest on. I can kneel on it for 4 hours straight with zero knee pain so it’s very comfortable. Most people don’t even notice I’m kneeling on something rather than standing, it’s very discreet and blends right in. I know my use is very niche and most people are buying this for gardening, but it’s very high quality and I would absolutely recommend.

UPDATE. I really like this, but i think the pad cover is failing. There's a golf ball size bubble forming under it. HOW DO I ASK THE SELLER ABOUT THIS? Turning 60 snuck up on me, but my knees always remind me while doing yard work. I looked at others, but I didn't trust how the round metal looked on others, so this looked structurally more sturdy. I was right. this is a beast out in the yard. Seems that other brands send you a box of parts to put together, but this was already together. I opened it and started using it right away. It so far can take alot of pressure when standing up by grabbing the bars and each side and pushing yourself up. Very STURDY, not wobbly at all, even in the grass. I normally would trust flipping this over to use as a seat, for fear of falling backwards, BUT this comes with built-in kickstands. Retract them, and there's no tipping backwards. the knee pad is VERY thick and most importantly, comfortable. i don't think if it was less than 10" my knees would as be able to kneel for as long as i have so far. It comes with a tool holder, which is ok material but doesn't seem to stay on very well when moving it. Finally, the springs help lock the legs in place and then to be able to fold, but it seems mine no longer work. The legs fold in on their own when i pick it up, and it's been a knuckle buster several times. Other then the spring leg releases, so far this is a great buy. Watch for SALES on it!

It comes assembled. It is very easy to fold. It is easy to carry. The cushion is very comfortable to sit on and height is perfect. I probably will not use it for kneeling as I doubt I could get up. My plan is to use it to sit on for outdoor events.

Before actually using a garden kneeler/seat, I envisioned it being a combination of a nice, rigid kneeler -- an improvement on a foam pad-type kneeler -- and (just flip it over) a comfortable seat on which to take an occasional break. I hadn't imagined how WONDERFUL the legs are for holding and pushing on when getting up from kneeling. Silly me! That is the PRIMARY advantage of these kneeler/seats, and this feature gets more valuable for me with every passing year!. This Seasky Folding Garden Kneeler and Seat has the additional benefit of anti-tipping "legs" that help a lot when sitting on a sloping surface. Also, the seat/kneeling pad is more firm than the typical pad and has a textured surface that makes it easier to kneel on without slipping. The accessory bag is a also nice touch. Overall, this is the best designed and executed version of a garden kneeler/seat I have seen.

I love it! It is wonderful for weeding. I also used it to sit on while cleaning the kitchen cabinets. Due to my age and arthritis the bench was just what I needed. It is sturdy and I can get up off of it easily. I highly recommend it.
