My son is 12 about 100 pounds and 4"11. Size 16 fit him well with some room. I tried many different brand either kids size or men size, none of them fit him. Either too tight or too big. Glad this size 16 work!

This suit was absolutely perfect. Our pool can get really cold in June and July. In this, my daughter was comfortable swimming for hours. We rinsed the suit with tap water between wearings. She typically swims between 45-minutes and 90-minutes, and we swim 2 to 3 times per week. Suit held up - no rips or fading, and they load our pool up with chlorine.

Very cute wetsuit! I love the option of colors versus the standard all black and the quality seems very nice. It runs a little small. We had to reorder twice but the company was very helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with.

The cuffs have sealing gaskets and the fit is comfortable. I appreciate the details in scaling down an adult wetsuit and keeping to a high standard. I have used this as a more balanced buoyancy assistance for my daughter learning to swim. It helps her focus on her strokes and be confident she can rest and float comfortably if needed with this extra assistance. We call it blubber for fun. Also, our local indoor pool is kept cold for lap swimming and this has made it where we can practice for an hour without needing to warm up out of the pool. It is comfortable enough to continue play in the splash zone and not worry with getting too much sun exposure!

I purchased these (2 pairs) for my grandsons, 9 and 12 years. I actually bought the size 12 for both of them as the younger is a bit more sturdy built than the oldest and they fit them both perfectly. Really helped keeping them warm enough to enjoy the tropical surf. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
