Probably one of the best overall exercise machines at a price point that is beyond sensible. Very easy assembly, incredibly smooth operation to a point where it leaves in awe of how smoothly it rolls. The construction is absolutely worth noting since the machine feels extremely solid and well built. This unit will require minimum maintenance with good longevity outdoors. There isn’t any resistance built into the handle or the knee rollers but you’ll definitely get an aerobic workout with this unit if you do a 20 minute session. What’s nice about this machine is the ease with which you can change your strokes without needing to stop. I’ve demonstrated a few different exercises on this machine and can tell you the machine will be a steady long term partner for my fitness. And, I purchased this machine on my own without ANY financial incentive or gifts from anyone. My opinions are based on over 40 years of interest in fitness and appreciation for machines that deliver what they promise. One area of improvement could be heavier padding for the knees and forearm to extend the duration of the workout.

Lower back pain was unbearable. I got the castle flex stretcher. A month ago. Which helped a little. I was at the point of scheduling a chiropractor for help. When I saw this equip like a month ago. Issue was maximum weight capacity on 1st 5 models only being 220 lb. The moment I saw this would accommodate my 250lbs I immediately bought this. Back pain is Gone. Gone. Gone. If I lose pounds this is the icying on the cake. I have my life again WITHOUT SURGERY 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Wish I would have got this years ago. It’s only been 4 days. My entire core is 100% improved.

I purchased this to add some versatility to my home routine. The design lends itself to somewhat mimicking bear crawls, mountain climbers, and lower ab tucks. As someone who sits a lot at work and has a bit of an anterior pelvic tilt, the rotational and posterior tilt motions seemed ideal. In general, it does a great job. Both my wife and I like using it. The metal construction is ideal, and I chose this over more commonly advertised plastic track models. Assembly was easy, though a few steps were confusing because some screws were pre-installed in parts (I thought I was missing parts until I saw they were pre-threaded). My only complaint about the design is that the track is a bit too short. I am not that tall (6'1"), but if I fully extend my hips, I can cram the glider into the back of the unit. An "XL" model with a few extra inches of length would be ideal. Another area for improvement (though not a flaw) is that it is bodyweight-only. With a few subtle tweaks, I think they could add pegs/hooks at the back, and then one could use resistance bands to add some challenge to the motions. I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking out this style of motion trainer. I think a lot of people can do without it, but it does add to my home workouts.

Love, love, love that I waited to buy this, seen it on tiktok and Instagram but when I seen reviews for the plastic version of this I was waiting to see if there would be a metal one that would come out later. Sure enough 2 months later seen these popping up, this one was different though didnt have cables that the others had, exactly what i was looking for so I bought it. Easy setup. Easy to use thanks! The memory foam knee pads are top tier! And that demo video with the guy using the machine was all I needed to see. Thanks for the great product... [update after 1-3 months usage (March, April, May) consistently 5 days a week 150 on each side and 120 knees together back and forth, will put a progress photo after 4 months as well love this machine!!]

I was immediately hooked when I first saw the advertisement. I did some extensive research....and when I tell you it is SO WORTH IT! Putting it together was a breeze. It's a (little) heavy. It glides unbelievablely smooth. Its not loud. And its ergonomic friendly. With consistency, I do not doubt at all that results will be seen and felt!!!
