Love, love, love that I waited to buy this, seen it on tiktok and Instagram but when I seen reviews for the plastic version of this I was waiting to see if there would be a metal one that would come out later. Sure enough 2 months later seen these popping up, this one was different though didnt have cables that the others had, exactly what i was looking for so I bought it. Easy setup. Easy to use thanks! The memory foam knee pads are top tier! And that demo video with the guy using the machine was all I needed to see. Thanks for the great product... [update after 1-3 months usage (March, April, May) consistently 5 days a week 150 on each side and 120 knees together back and forth, will put a progress photo after 4 months as well love this machine!!]

I received what was described and on time. This is well built and a great exercise you can prop the front part up on a chair if you like a more vigorous exercise and it will definitely work your abs and easy to put together.

This crawl trainer is pretty easy to assemble with the included hardware and tools. Once it's put together, it's fairly easy to use. There's no resistance except your bodyweight, which allows for an easy and effective light cardio workout incorporating spinal and hip mobility and stretching. Just 10-15 minutes on this per day and I'm already finding myself more limber, more balanced, and having more endurance in everyday activity. I've also been noticing more definition and strength in my midsection. Using this crawl trainer has enhanced my toes-to-bar, my L-sits, L-sit chin-ups and pull ups, and all of my core calisthenics. It's very comfortable to use, and the device itself is quite stabile while being used correctly. Overall, it has been a great value add to my home gym and my routine, and I can't recommend one of these enough as it will allow you to branch out your core work in a way that isolated exercises can not.

This only required a little aassembly and was easy to put together. It is made well and has no problem supporting my husband who weighs 175lbs. It really does work your core and I also noticed improvement in my back from tensing while going thru the motions. Its a good choice for low impact toning. I've also found it good for stretching. It has good soft padding on the knee.

Item: seanleecore Primal Crawl & Spine Twist and Stretch Trainer - Full Body Low-Impact Cardio Machine with Adjustable Hand Grips, Knee Support & I wasn't sure what to make of this particular piece of exercise equipment at first, but thought it was worth giving it a try. Everything goes together fairly quickly and once assembled and it's very sturdy thanks to it's mostly metal construction. Finding the right height to set the arm support at didn't take long at all and it was easy enough to do. Extremely simple to use and the movements are nice and smooth throughout. To my surprise, it works better than I expected as a low/no impact option. I can feel it through my forearms, shoulders, hips, thighs and core. It's easy enough to add to my exercise routine and makes for a good cardio workout. When done, it stores away against the wall taking up minimal room until it's needed next time.
