Overall I like this new mattress. We purchased it because it is certified to contain safe materials and it's soft top (foam) mattresses are good for side and back sleepers and the lower coils provide structure to prevent the mattress from sinking. Our mattress sits on a boxspring mattress which sits on a bed frame so the mattress top is almost 3 ft above the ground and the edges roll / sink downward when I first get on the bed and in a sitting position with my legs hanging off. This mattress is awesome. After trying one out in the mattress store and not wanting to pay 1300.00, I found it here. Husband and I are very very picky and was skeptical about a hybrid after having a pillow top for 20 plus years. But we do not regret buying this at all. It’s not super soft, but not too hard. I am pleased wit the bed. Pay for the delivery to be brought into the house. I didn’t and it rained the day of delivery so I had to drag the box into my house myself as my son was at work. It is heave, I used my rolling pins. See picture. It is amazing they could squeeze it that small, I innately thought I had the wrong size and I knew I couldn’t get it back in the box after I opened it. It was/is a true size queen. My daughter and son in law slept on it over the holidays and they liked it. My cats love the bed and I napped comfortably. 6 cats fit with room to spare.     • HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE

NIGHTMARE would be a better name! $1000 mattress SO UNCOMFORTABLE as you sink to the inner springs on this mattress! No matter where you try to lay, no matter which way you try to lay! You sink if you try to sit on the edge of it anywhere! It's highly difficult to even get to the middle of it because you sink. Average sized woman here, 5'6" 135lbs. I have never been uncomfortable in any bed in my entire life except this one. Including my bed in the Army back in 1975 was a dream compared to this nightmare. I do not sleep on this bed because I sink to the inner springs, which is not a good thing and it feels awful to the point you can't continue to lay there being swallowed and so it is still brand new. Was put in a protective covering as soon as it arrived. Sadly, my son who lives in another state, purchased it on my behalf, for my unit .... thinking it would be awesome for me when I returned home. Unfortunately, it was after the return window when I got back home so literally, I had to purchase an Intex "Blow up Bobby" bed, which is what I call it, which is my my new inflatable king size mattress which is 23 inches tall so no frame needed. And a great night's sleep comparatively! Cuz the sinking nightmare takes up the space where a comfortable bed should be Blow up Bobby is where the couch should be. I'm stuck with this nightmare mattress because I'm an elderly person living in a downtown high-rise condo so it's an ordeal to set up any move at this location. So it will have to wait until my lease ends in May to have it hauled to the dump. I'm just warning you in advance to save you from such an expensive piece of garbage. For me to say I'm beyond disappointed breaks my heart. My son was apparently fooled by the reviews. Accordingly, I'm going to encourage you to do your homework and go somewhere where you could try it out for yourself in the store because what they sent to my unit is unsleepable. Yes that's correct, I do not and cannot sleep on it. And I thought long and hard about this before I provide you with this honest review. Don't make a $1,000 mistake as this bed came out of a box and was not as advertised in any possible way. I've never purchased a bed in a box but know other people who have and they confirm their mattresses are not uncomfortable nor do they sink like this one. ... show more

I bought the 14" plush and have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. I like a soft but supportive mattress and this one is SO perfect. It was not hard for two 75-year-olds to unroll and put on the bed despite not having handles (bummer). I highly recommend this one if you don't want a "firm" mattress. ... show more
