    • Brand new driving experience! Much brighter than stock.
It’s weird that people base their reviews on ease of install, because that’s dependent on the car. With that said, if you own a 2016 Honda HRV, these will be an easy switch out for you to do, but my rating isn’t based on that. Now for the product itself, these lights are great! My stock HRV headlights have always been on the dim side, but that’s what you get with older halogens. One of my halogens burned out so it was time to invest, I decided to try these out. It’s quite literally like night and day! The brightness level is so much improved compared to the halogen. I like the cooler color temperature which makes for a more natural night view and is comparable to my Lexus and Mercedes headlights. I did have to make some minor headlight aiming adjustments (this varies per car, if you can even adjust it). But for the 2016 Honda HRV, there are little gears with a slot that you can insert a philips head screwdriver and turn the gears left or right to adjust the headlight aim down or up. I had to move my aim slightly lower to not blind other drivers. This is completely normal as adjustments are always needed when changing out from a halogen to LED as their project patterns are different.     • Lights are good - delivery and service by Amazon was subpar
Installation was super easy- maybe 10 min. Lights are an upgrade for my FJ - not as much of a difference in visibility as I had hoped, but the color is great compared to the stock warm bulbs. However- the first set I ordered arrived in an open box, stuffed into a Home Depot bag and missing parts. Amazon was not able to replace them (not sure why), so returned/refunded the order and I had to reorder them at which time they cost 2$ more.     • Fits Sequoia and is really bright. Required me to disconnect daylight running lights to make work.
These are really bright and were a super easy install. Fit my 2001 Toyota Sequoia without issue. Things to note: - Had to disconnect my daylight running light connection. as soon as the daylight headlights come on (placed in gear and parking brake released) you cannot use the brights. if you kick on the lights with it in park and the e-brake set you can switch between high and low beams... as soon as the daylight headlights come on you're running in normal headlight operation and the brights don't work. Not an issue... I hate the daylight running lights anyway.... Just disconnect adjacent the battery. - Both plug in connections are super loose... Wrapped the connections with electrical tape. These are bright and affordable... ... show more

    • Great lighting product
So... many reviews indicate that these lights seemed to be extremely bright and caused oncoming traffic to flick their brights at them. Other reviews indicated that it seemed that the high beams seemed to illuminate downward rather then upwards. Well... I experienced both of these issues and the solution is that these bulbs have an UP and a DOWN and must be installed right to get them to illuminate properly. I did not notice if this was indicated in the directions. These bulbs have a wire protruding from the side of the casing. I installed the first one with the wire facing down because I didn't want it in the way of some other wires. I installed the second one with the wire facing up because it was difficult to get it in with the wire down. This is when I saw that one headlight illumuniated everything properly but the other seemed to give high beams in a downward direction and lowbeams seemed to be aiming excessively high. I drove around a bit and convinced myself that something was wrong. I changed both lamps to have the wire up and they now work as expected and the illumination pattern is as one would expect. And yes... they are bright, but installed correctly, nobody flicks their brights at me anymore. Excellent product. ... show more

    • 2009 Honda CRV EX. Great Headlights, great price.
The install was not as easy as any video I looked at. Had to un assemble the fuse box to reach the driver side headlamp. Passenger side was easier but I dropped the guide plate and had to go under the CRV to snag it. My ‘09 CRV apparently didn’t have an option to turn off the DRL’s so I took out the fuse. In my car it was a 7.5 and #37 placement. This step was taken to avoid flickering of DRL. Other than the small roadblocks, I did the install in about 1.5 hrs. Maybe a little less. And the brightness on low & high are wonderful. Great headlamps, great price. I’d buy again but my other cars are well equipped with good lighting. I hate driving at night (in my 50’s) because my eyes aren’t young. These headlamps help me relax a little bit more because I can see everything. ... show more

    • Easy to install and super bright
I was debating on switching to LED lights for a while and finally took a chance on these guys. They were really easy to install and are nice and bright. Driving at night is so much easier now.

They work well and they are much brighter than the oem lights. A bit hard to install, so you may need a mechanic if you are not mechanical inclined.

On my 2014 tundra. Have to pull the grill off to access the lights on the 2014+ tundras. Easy process. Lights are bright and do not blind others. I like that they don’t scatter like other led bulbs. I went and bought the figs from them as well to match. Much better driving at night!
