    • Cost vs longevity is disproportionate
Purchased to replace oem headlights in an 8 year old vehicle that has never had a bulb replacement. Initially was very happy. Super bright lights. Only a 90 day warranty. The warranty is about appropriate to the life expectancy. At the 100 day mark, driver side dim light was only at 80 percent on. Rest was blacked out and not working. At 120 days, driver side dim totally not functionally and passenger side was less bright than original oem lights. Vehicle is only driven three miles a day for wife to go to and from work so they aren’t used a lot. I feel if it was driven more than this, at the usual usage rate of a vehicle these would have burned out quicker. The cost to replace these two or more times a year would not be cost effective. Even if the regular halogen lights aren’t as bright, they last more than 8 years. If these would last just a couple years I’d be ok with it, but this short life span is terrible. I've used these headlights on several vehicles including chevys, chryslers, Hyundai, and vw spanning from 1990s to 2020s. They've worked great each time and have been drastic improvements to visibility. The only down side to the coloring is it's almost too bright in fog or white out events and can lower visibility. I've only ever had one go out and it was after hitting an elk at 70mph in my truck. I reused the one after I finished repairs but I think that's understandable. I've never had longevity issues unless I didn't give them enough ventilation for the cooling fans. Highly recommend and these are cheaper than the upgraded halogen I've always used prior. ... show more

the lights are amazing just note that the fitment is very tight take your time installing the light you will need to squeeze them in, but once installed it transform the whole look CRISP BRIGHTNESS!

This review is for the T5 version. I have to premise with that, because Amazon’s reviews have all the different bulb series combined together. These bulbs are crazy bright and they fit perfectly in my 2020 Ram. The problem is with the company. The warranty is only 6 months. One of my bulbs only lasted 11 months and you have to buy the complete 4 pc. set to replace 1 bulb. Their support and website is nonexistent. If you go to the website linked as “support,” you get sent to a website that states, “ Torch-Beam.com is an independent enthusiast website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other manufacturers and its content is solely for informational purposes.” So if you want bright, I would suggest these with the understanding that you will be buying another set if one goes bad. ... show more

I purchased these for a 2022 Ram 2500 as the stock halogen bulbs were terrible. The install was a breeze and these bulbs really light up the road nicely. I also had my wife drive in front of me and the low beams were not blinding. I would highly recommend these to anyone needing more light at night. Well worth the investment.
