This definitely does what it says it does. It volumizes. I love the smell even though it's fairly light. I would not use it heavily or regularly as it is salt and when I swim in the ocean the first thing I want to do is take a shower and freshwater. But I can use this after a workout and revive my hair and I can go a couple days without having to wash my hair again. I have very normal hair it does not get oily and it does not get dry it doesn't really need to be excessively washed because I also don't get dirty in my work and my day-to-day activities. All in all this is a good spray to have on hand for volumizing and a refreshing smell.

I don't know if I got a bad batch but the initial smell is okay - 5 seconds later as I work it in my hair, the scent transforms into a fish smell. It is literally awful. Unfortunately, due to this smell, I no longer use the product.

I like that the scent is not too strong. It creates great curls and lasts most of the day. I've used on wet and dry hair. I find it's better on wet but applying to dry hair is ok, too.

I haven’t had any experience with sea salt spray for hair so I read a handful of reviews and decided to go with this one. I’m definitely pleased with the outcome. This is my hair today after being wrapped in a hair drying towel for about an hour and a half before I took it down. My hair was still wet and I scrunched it again. Please note I do have generally wavy hair and my hair does curl and hold curls very well. But a lot of times when I try to do some thing that is air dried it gets all wonky or inconsistent and can be left looking ugly and not something I would be comfortable just wearing down and around. This I totally enjoy. I normally have my hair wrapped and dry drying and a head towel Which does leave more of waves instead of curls which is fine with me being home on maternity leave. Sometimes sometimes the top of my head with this product does get a little frizzy but that could be how I’m using it and also potentially just having dry damaged hair lol I also can go a couple of days with it down and it doesn’t look greasy or gross. I have reapplied it while my hair was dry and it definitely can give it. It does make it a little bit more stringy so I don’t really want to do it while my hair is dried rather do it when it’s wet.
