We live in a Cape Cod home with a small galley kitchen. It had a portable dishwasher when we moved in and after 19 years it gave out. Did some research, found this one. Easy to set up, and start using. The input/output hose does not retract, just hangs on the back of the unit. Our old one did retract. No big deal. When the unit cycles, it beeps 6 times, great! Upon detaching the hose from faucet, you have to "wiggle" it a few times in the sink to get excess water out. So far, so good. Thanks Matt Campbell ... show more

    • It washes the dishes . The racks do not fit standard American dishes well.

The dishes are well washed. The hose hanger included doesn't fit the machine. The racks don't fit the dishes well. Made for tea cups not tumblers and thick plates don't fit well.

It washes great. I love that it uses cold water to clean. Produces its own hot water. kool Easy roll around and locking feet. No leaks unless I make them. lol PS Also, as of late it’s been leaving food particle’s behind. Finally got my brand-new dishwasher today. The external box was completely undamaged and was shocked to see that the door was dented to the point where I cannot open the door to even get the manual and other components out. This WAS NOT A DELIVERY ISSUE. IT WAS SENT TO US THIS WAY!!! IT was a waste of money and the 2 weeks I waited for it. ... show more

Came damaged after showing up late by several weeks. It washed really well, until it quit pumping. Calling customer service, after finally tracking down a number, was a waste of time. I had already done the basic few steps they suggested. And trying to find parts for this model is futile. For the money, by a whirlpool or GE. ... show more

This dishwasher is nice and does a good job at cleaning dishes. It is almost silent when running.. My only real complaint, which it lost a star for, is the way the hose doesn't retract down into the back or drain well. You need to have a bucket handy to drain the water into or it will go all over the floor, it is very annoying! Then it all just hangs on the back kind of messily which prevents it from fitting against the wall nicely went not in use. I could not recommend this dishwasher to anyone due to this and I would not purchase this type again myself. ... show more
