Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Added work surface is great and can be used with a variety of laser systems. Much easier to see when you have cut through the material with the spacing between the bottom and the metal plate. very easy to tell if you have cut the item from whatever material you are using, (plywood, MDF, Acrylic, etc.).

This honeycomb will not be fully suitable for a laser with enabled workarea of 400x400mm, AS THIS HONEYCOMB ONLY HAS A WORKABLE AREA OF 350x350mm. VERY MISLEADING SALES TEXT!!! NOT Helpfull or usable if design is more then 350x350mm! MISLEADING SALES TEXT!!! NOT Helpfull when using any other accessories, as camera. as you will not be using the full capabilities of your laser working area AND will experience difficulty in setting up the camera properly due to X AND Y not being the same all the way!!!, YOUR MACHINE CENTRE WILL NOT BE THE HONEYCOMB CENTER!

I was so excited to get this. I bought the engraver, the expansion kit and the honeycomb plate. I found out the hard way that I do not have the computing power to run the system. Dang. So I started a return, packaged everything back up, and sent it back using the label provided. I have confirmation that the item was accepted at the delivery site on 02/14/2024. I still have not received word on any refund. I do not know what to do from here.
