    • Solid controller with good features but it has quirks.
The G buttons were the main reason I bought it so I could put macros on my controller and not have to use my keyboard mid game. It feels good but I'm not a fan of the Playstation style layout. The rear buttons are too sensitive and I keep accidentally hitting them, removable paddles would be nice. The side buttons get in the way and will occasionally get hit while using the bumpers. The sticks feel good, not too loose but most importantly they don't drift. Overall its a good controller not sure if it's an upgrade over my Elite series 2 but a good lateral movement and the sticks shouldn't develop the drift that controller did. ... show more

Bad stick drift out the box. And I still have two of fhe V1 models that I just calibrate when they drift and they still run perfectly. I just wanted to test the new stuff since ive never went into the new stick tech. And since I use lower dead zones snd overclocks, you instantly can tell that these weren't centered, even after multiple calibration. It just wouldnt read smooth or center at all ... show more

So far very good, software was acting up but no issues as of late. Personally think it makes more sense to get this over the pro cause shooting with the bumpers is just better than the triggers anyway.

The build quality of the V2 Wired feels horrid. Saying it feels like off brand Lego's is a understatement. I've purchased PDP controllers from Walmart that feel more premium than this. There is no texture on the back plate. It is smooth ABS plastic prone to crack and shatter. After a week of light use, 14 hours total, it has a smooth sheen. Extremely disappointed when compared to the wired Variants of the Xbox/PS controllers. The buttons feel amazing though. The Omron switches are great but are only on the D-Pad, Face buttons, and two paddles. The rest of the buttons are membrane; the bumpers are the worst offender and feel they will break soon - fresh out of the box. Pros - Good hall effect sensors compatible with Xbox or Dual sense thumbsticks and are easy to swap out. Omron face buttons feel very responsive, satisfying, and durable. Cons - Everything else. The plastic feels cheap. The other half of the buttons are not mechanical. The wired Envision is the most compromised controller in the Scuf lineup as of 2026. I have the PC wired version as I do not use consoles nor like wireless for latency reasons and that additional price could be put towards build quality/G-Keys. In practice, it is the most poorly made and poorly implemented. This one was directly purchased through Scuf's website. Honestly, it's insulting. This was a gift so I will love it for what it is. However, I'd avoid this like the plague. ... show more
