The straps are comfortable, the bag is lightweight enough to not add unwanted extra ounces when carrying full gear. The top magnetic closing latch is my favorite feature. Makes storing and pulling out my monocular quick and easy. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! I lost a buckle out hunting and customer service sent me a new one without a huge hassle or wait time. The representatives were kind and helpful and when I wasn’t descriptive enough about what I had lost, they sent me a wrong part the first time. I thought for sure I’d never be able to get the right one if I bothered them a second time, but they said it was no problem and immediately sent me out the correct part upon my more detailed description of the piece missing. I suppose its a good bino holder but I want something that would allow me to carry more small items and if it had molle straps that would have helped but it doesn’t. So for my needs it was too small.
