    • Small but sturdy…
I really expected to get a much larger unit than what I did. But once it was all assembled, and used it in my yard, it was fine. It is appear to be made for a much smaller person than me at 6 feet tall. The good news is, as I only use it once a month, so it is fine for the application.

Easy quick assembly for the mechanically challenged! Light weight. Ten swttings - be very careful NOT to use a high setting or you will burn the lawn - like I did! But with constant watering to dilute fertilizer - heavens, the lawn is coming back, nice & green. Spreads evenly. Easy to fill. Nice to use. I think I need a larger model to spread in larger lawn areas, but it's good to use such a well constructed spreader especially if one is a bit weak or has limited mobility. A+++ Highly rrcommend! As with all amendments to a lawn, read ALL directions to protect you & pets! ... show more

    • Very short, didn’t broadcast very well
I’m 5’3” and wouldn’t have wanted the handle any shorter at all. It didn’t seem to evenly spread the fertilizer and weed control. I ended up w dark green strips around 8” wide where the fertilizer was concentrated.
