AWESOME!!! I replace my gazebo cover every 3 years due to sun beating on it but this cover is so much better and thicker than the Lowes replacement version. I like the pattern on it as well. Seams are nice and tight. Fits perfectly without too much pulling to get it on! Definitely recommend!!!

The material is a little thin. However, it seems pretty great for the money. The stitching all looks good and it fits our random Lowe's 10x12 pretty well. The side attachments are a bit too long for our frame but the corners grab just fine. I just made some simple extensions for the sides to keep it from flapping.

Canopy looks great on but is not waterproof as stated. The rain comes right through it and soaks our furniture. Very disappointing as we used to sit under it during the rain and now we get soaked.

I got his 8 month ago and liked it at first. It fits somewhat but sits lose. Now month later the material is stretching out and gathers water on the edge. Had to buy clamps to keep the water off and make sure it doesn't blow away. The pockets for the struts are very small, a bit over an inch... they need to be much longer to assure a secure fit. I do not believe this will last long since the fabric is getting bleached out by the sun, stretches out and already has a few holes. For hot Florida, this is not a good buy.

I am over joyed with the color of this canopy replacement on a 10 x 12 gazebo. The fabric is durable. It does not look as though it will be a fabric that fades easily. It is very tight and secure. It does not have a loop to use a device to secure the last corner.

I live in Louisiana so.... Hurricane and humidity play a huge part in the longevity of fabric top gazebos! I bought my original Allen and Roth Gazebo from Lowe's about seven years ago. I think I've had to replace the cover two times. To be honest, that's not bad at all considering the rough weather we encounter. I replaced the cover after hurricane Laura ripped it to shreds! We recently had a rough storm that wrecked the replacement similarly. The other replacements I bought previously were at least $125-$150. When I saw this Ripstock option at 25% less, I decided to go for it. I went for a slightly lighter color for the lack of heat absorption, and I've always heard that Ripstock is a more durable fabric. I made sure to double check the model of my original gazebo.... Don't be mad if you buy something that isn't compatible with the original! With that being said, my husband and I installed this replacement within 20 minutes.... And most of that time is because he's 6 feet tall and I'm a foot shorter.... So I'm not necessarily the best of help, even with a three tier step stool. Two people installing makes it a quick job, and two tall people would likely make it an even faster process. I will update after the summer season, but so far, it fits extremely well and the beige color attracts less sunlight than the original dark brown cover. The material seems sturdy and the design is spot on in regards to fitting our gazebo! Overall, amazing value and quality. I will update next summer if that changes (hurricane season excluded)
