There are other ways to ensure your camshafts are in almost perfect alignment using a Clamp. Don’t buy these. They are junk Chinese made tools. Made wrong and will not correctly align the Vanos units on the right and left banks of the BMW V6. Buy the German made Baum tools to do it right. These cheap ones are junk.
