The refrigerator looks well built, seems to be holding the set temps (I put thermometers in both zones to check). My only complaints are: 1) the lock location. Given this is meant to sit in the floor and not on a counter, putting the door key lock, just inches from the floor is just dumb. Why wouldn't they put it along the top of the door so older people like me with bad backs don't have to bend over so far. 2) I wanted to rearrange the shelves. One shelf wouldn't come out. I probably just need to pull harder. It's not a deal breaker but thought I'd mention it since this is a review.

I’ve had this fridge now for two months and I’m absolutely enjoying it. I must note that the first fridge I ordered arrived damaged. I knew immediately when I removed from the box and noticed exposed wires near the door hinge (see photo). I was able to request a replacement and get a new functional fridge. While the return arrived promptly and was in working order, it’s always a pain to try and return such a large product. I had to haul this in my car to UPS and given how large it is, I needed my husband to help me get it to and from the car to the store. However, now that I have the replacement fridge I am enjoying it. It’s the perfect addition to my home bar (see other photo). I purchased the 18 bottle one because the dimensions worked for the space I had available. I live in a New York City apartment, so space is tight! This fridge has been great so far. I keep the temperature at 54 degrees. I notice that throughout the day it fluctuates. I’m assuming this is due to the fridge cycling on and off to keep things cool. Speaking of which, it’s fairly quiet—it has to be completely silent in the apartment for me to even hear when it’s running. I like the light within and how well it keeps the wines chilled. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and hope that this fridge lasts for years to come.

We really wanted to like this wine fridge but it was not to be. The size, shape, and look were exactly what we were looking for. That’s where it ended for us. Delivery was ahead of schedule by several days. We kept it upright during transport and waited the recommended amount of time before plugging it in per the instructions. No damage to the unit when unpacked. As soon as we plugged it in, the compressor started making an extremely loud noise that did not go away. Hoping that it was just circulating the refrigerant and would stop, we let it run but if anything, it got worse. This was going to be in the kitchen next to the family room but the sound made it absolutely unusable. We really wanted to like this unit as it ticked so many boxes for us. Going back through some of these reviews, we found others had the same issue (even with multiple replacement units). We returned the unit without issue. 1 Star for the fast delivery and for the looks. Would not purchase this brand/unit again.

This unit is very effective and nicely designed. Some comments relating to other reviews. Some reviewers have mentioned that the unit is wobbly. Please note that all four legs are adjustable, and each one can be raised or lowered by twisting the leg clockwise or counterclockwise. So out of the box, my unit was wobbly too. After adjustment, it is rock solid. Unlike some reviewers, I've never had a problem with the unit icing up. I've never had that issue. I keep my unit at 58 degrees; perhaps icing is a problem only with far lower temperature settings. As at least one reviewer has noticed, the temperature display light is bright. It's not an issue in daytime. At night, just cover it up. I took one of the three-sided wedges used in shipping to protect the unit from damage and cut away one side. It makes a very effective L-shaped cover for the light to block the light at night. There have also been complaints about the noise, which surprises me. It's a very quiet unit. Sure, if I am standing next to the unit, I can hear it. But in another room, no. It's not bothersome at all; certainly my air conditioner is far, far louder than this unit. I'm surprised also that some reviewers have complained about the unit not being big enough to hold bottles. This unit has plenty of space to hold standard-size wine bottles, and even wine-bottles that are taller than the norm.

I am really enjoying my wine cooler, it is only been a couple of weeks, but so far is working like a champion,, temperature flows between 41 - 44 degrees, but really loving it. Very satisfied with this wine cooler. I used to have a different wine cooler, but I really was very dissatisfied with it, it was a New Air, it never cooled properly, (it did not have a compressor, it was a different system ). but now that is going to the trash

Cheese aging needs a constant temperature and humidity around 54 degrees, so wine coolers are pretty perfect for those of us who don't have access to actual caves/industrial facilities. This wine cooler is doing a stellar job - I can fit about 9 2lb wheels in it at once, and it holds the temp and humidity nicely. I replaced the wire racks with glossy porcelain tile (for easier sanitizing vs plywood) - if anyone else is doing this, be aware that the shelves taper slightly toward the back. 6 7/8" x 12" works well (get cheap 12x24 tiles and a snap cutter, and cut 3 shelves from each tile).
