I’ve always had terrible posture. But recently, I got a remote job. I found myself working laying down in bed with my neck at a near 90 degree angle (pathetic I know). That combined with general slouching caught up to me. I started developing a hump at 24. I get neck and upper back pain every day I bought this not expecting it to do much, but thought I’d try for the price. My pain is relieved the instant I put in on, much more than if I just stood up straight without it. It’s comfortable to wear over a shirt. I found that it really did build my muscle memory without me trying. I naturally stand up straighter even without it, as long as I wear it often. It’s made well, the Velcro is strong and the padding is comfortable. It’s easy enough to put on and adjust. You’ll still have to put in work- you can still slouch with it on. But it’s a fantastic reminder and provides support. I’m motivated to wear it just because it helps the pain so much

This is an excellent posture corrector, and a lot of value for a very low price. it is easily adjustable via the wide Velcro straps which also hold very securely from very loose to very tight. it comes with instructions to begin with only a 20 minute session, and this is very good advice, because the straps are Strong, and don’t just remind you to have a good posture but actually “correct“ your posture. After a month of use, gradually increasing the amount of time each day I wear it, I noticed that when I take it off my posture stays correct for a long time– something that’s never worked with previous gadgets and contraptions I’ve tried. I recommend this product very highly.

This posture corrector is a great option for anyone looking to improve their posture. It is comfortable to wear and does a good job of supporting the back and shoulders. I am really loving the Schiara Posture Corrector! It is well made, easy to put on, and comfortable. More importantly it is really helping my posture. I have been using it mostly when I run. I am a long distance runner. After a couple hours traversing hills, I noticed my posture became very strained. I am now able to maintain good form because of this product. It’s a game changer for sure. I would also love to add that the company reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. In my opinion that’s great customer service! As my title says, I'm not sure how effective this item is. I feel like it helps a little with my upper back posture and I'm being told that my back looks more "correct" while wearing it but at the same time it does not feel like it's creating any pressure on the center of my back to straighten it up. I've never used any other brace of similarity before so I don't have much to compare it to. As with many other users, I would agree that the straps can dig into your arm pits so I would definitely recommend wearing a shirt underneath the brace to help with this issue. Also, I'm not a big fan of the design for tightening the straps. It appears that you have to pull the straps upward to tighten it and if it were to be a downward pull like if you were pulling a parachute cord or tightening the starts to a bookbag, that would feel more natural. The price for this item is good, so I'm not upset about this purchase as I was taking a chance with low impact on my finances.

I recently purchased this posture corrector and I’m genuinely impressed with its quality, especially considering the affordable price. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about its durability, but it has proven to be quite sturdy and well-made. Getting it on took a bit of effort at first, but after a little practice, I can now easily put it on by myself, and it’s become a quick part of my routine. This product is incredible. My doctor suggested I purchase a posture corrector for my bad posture due to my scoliosis. I didn’t know which one I should buy but figured I would give this one a shot since it was inexpensive and didn’t look too overwhelming. I was surprised by the quality, how well it fit, and how well it works. I wore it right when I got it for just 15 minutes and when I took it off I could feel a difference in such a short time, I felt relief from the tension I felt due to my bad posture and it was easier to sit up/stand up straight without feeling a strain. I wore it almost all day the next day and so on and it has made a significant difference. It fits well and is not uncomfortable.

I had a friend point out to me that I was hunched over, and when I started to pay attention to my posture I realized that he was correct. I went online searching for what kind of brace would help me, and not wanting to spend too much money. I found this brace, and it has been good for me. It helps me to keep my shoulders back, and I wear it for at least 30 minutes a day. I find it to be quite comfortable, while still pulling my shoulders back. It has been two weeks of earing it, and I now pay attention to standing up straight. This a great product to help you to achieve better posture.
