Light and airy but still feels like great quality material. Slightest bit sheer but is fine as you don’t wear dark undergarments. Super pretty cottage style design with feeling outdated. This dress is awesome. Thanks to the side zipper, the corset detailing is actually functional, allowing you to fully cinch in the waist. As someone with a small rib cage and larger bust, finding a dress that fits like this is a huge win. The adjustable straps are another major plus. It is not see-through at all, and the fabric feels substantial. For length reference, the product photos show the hemline at mid-shin, but at 5’4", it hits me right at the ankle.
