They do run small im 230lbs and 5’6 and chest DDD I usually wear an XL in scrubs but these I got in a XXL and they fit perfect. There is a thick band I was afraid it would make me look like my stomach was bigger than what it is but actually it hides more than extenuates and also I was afraid it would put pressure in my lower back and it does not . There’s lots of pockets and it is cuffed at the bottom. These scrubs enhance my body shape and look great! The pant length is perfect even if taller I think it would fit you. Poor fabric quality, runs large, doesn’t wash well. Fabric is pilling and baggy after one wear. I’m usually a medium and these fit like a large. I’m a vet tech, so maybe if you don’t need very durable scrubs these would work for you, but they some of the worst scrubs I’ve ever bought.
