Description

This is the 7th revision and latest revision of the SB7 and it no longer has the light diod in the middle of the speaker as the previous revision 6 had. So far for unknown reason amazon has not let us change the photo. The T has been dropped from the product name to just shorten the name. The Spirit Box still has the ATDD (automatic temperature deviation detection) which the T stood for. ATDD is an alert that goes off when the temp changes by +/- 5F. All the other functions are there as well. New is that the Rev 7 has a half frequency step between each frequency which allows for more and clearer communication to come through. Also an extra fast sweep rate of 50ms has been added. As before it scans from 76 mHz to 87.9 mHz which is a wider range than other similar devices. You can choose between FM and AM It uses 3 AAA batteries which are included.

The media could not be loaded. Sorry my video is very draggy but it mostly explains everything I’d say it’s biggest flaws are audio and price. But otherwise it’s really good, it’s pretty durable but it would probably break if you dropped it from standing height. It functions as needed very simplistic and good for beginners. A bit difficult to figure out the settings at first, but easy to get the hang of. Nice pocket size, easy to transport. Been working through paranormal investigations for over a year now and still works great. A bit pricey, but not as much as some can be! What I liked Easy to use, just turn it on and scan. The static and voices really set the mood for ghost hunting. Compact size, fits in a pocket. What I didn’t like The sound is very loud and a bit harsh without headphones. Hard to tell if noises are real or just radio bleed. My experience I used it with friends in an old house, and we actually caught a couple of strange voices that gave us chills. Final verdict Fun for hobby ghost hunters or parties.
