Harness is very comfortable and keeps my neck completely out of the picture, no more neck strain or discomfort holding up my tenor. The only "con" is the package arrived without written instructions or online access to a video tutorial explaining how to put this on! A few pictures on the product page, but they didn't help at all, still confusing. Looked up Pogolab's customer service phone # and it was for a deli! What?! After at least 1-1/2 frustrating hours (with several breaks) without making any headway, finally had to search the internet for other harnesses that looked fairly similar to this one that provided more detail and a visual tutorial and then able to successfully put this harness on. This is a great sax harness for my Tenor Sax. last year I took up the saxophone, but the weight of the Sax on my neck (I'm 74) using a neck strap started giving me back problems. This harness cured that problem. No more recurrent lower back pain

This product is complete unload the pressure from neck. I have a traditional neck strap, after 30-40 minutes alto sax playing, my neck feels tight and heavy. After use this cross back shoukder strap, my neck will not take all the pressure. Now the pressure is voing to my shoulders and upper back. Now I can play longer time I give 4 stars, due to the strap is cross back, which involve arms and loose strap,first you will get confuse. Love this harness!! My son loves that it gives his neck a break and it looks really good on. Not many kids have the harness, so it stands out. I purchase this strap as I no longer wanted my saxophone strap to hand around my neck. This product did the trick. It took me a few tries to learn how to put it on each time, nevertheless I did and love it. I'm a big person, not fat, just big shoulders.
