This product is complete unload the pressure from neck. I have a traditional neck strap, after 30-40 minutes alto sax playing, my neck feels tight and heavy. After use this cross back shoukder strap, my neck will not take all the pressure. Now the pressure is voing to my shoulders and upper back. Now I can play longer time I give 4 stars, due to the strap is cross back, which involve arms and loose strap,first you will get confuse. This is a great sax harness for my Tenor Sax. last year I took up the saxophone, but the weight of the Sax on my neck (I'm 74) using a neck strap started giving me back problems. This harness cured that problem. No more recurrent lower back pain

    • It's a decent harnness
I just got this harness. It does what it's supposed to do. It's comfortable but most importantly it takes off the weight of the bari sax off my neck. I've only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. It's affordable and decent.
