After a failed attempt at getting a different harness, I tried getting this one. Not only did it come a whole day early [it was already going to be here 3 days after bought], It was incredibly helpful for my friend. She says it's great to wear, it's comfy, and it doesn't put too much pressure on her heart and chest in general. ... show more

    • Daughter loves it
My daughter plays the baritone sax in middle school. One of the visiting instructor said she was wearing the wrong harness. We searched and found this one. She says it’s like night and day. She was shocked at how more comfortable this one was and she actually can I dance with her saxophone and has plenty of movement ... show more

    • Shoulder Harness for Saxophones. Increase size
Size: Large
The product originally was too short when fully adjusted open. I removed the hook strap. I added two inches to a new strap and resewed it back into the harness and it works perfectly now. If the harness is too big it can be adjusted down. If the harness is too small it will be returned to the sender. Now my mouthpiece hits my mouth and not my nose. I would suggest adding two inches to each strap and calling it an extra Large. ... show more

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He was so excited. It is for his saxophone, one of four instruments he plays. Thank you.

    • Poorly made
Size: Large
Review Image by Larry K.
This strap is a hassle. First, it is difficult to adjust for proper mouthpiece alignment. Second, it is cumbersome to put on and off. And, as shown in the attached photo, the first time I used it the insulation on the hook tore. THe only thing going for it is its low price. You get what you pay for. Thank you Amazon for letting me return it for a full refund. ... show more

    • Fits perfect and is comfortable to wear
This neck strap harness takes the pressure off the neck and is very comfortable to wear. I bought this for an 11 year old alto sax player and he really likes it.

    • Teen did not like it
This was for my teen grandson's tenor saxiphone. He found it hard to put on and off and to quickly unclip it for quick marching band breaks. He opted for an upgraded neck strap instead.
