    • cannot find bar end mirrors to fit
Great bicycle! Carbon handlebar has a small opening making it difficult to find bar-end mirrors to fit. I know pedals are a personal thing, but the pedals that come with the most beautiful bike belong on a K-mart kids bike.

    • Great bike for a great price
I currently own a few other road bikes (a TT/Tri Bike and a Kestrel RT1000). I chose to purchase this bike as I wanted something in between the two. This bike fit that bill perfectly. I did a lot of research before buying another bike. I was skeptical at first about purchasing a bike from a lesser known brand (at least here in the US). However, after doing some research and comparison shopping, I felt confident in my purchase with SAVA. The frame is light. It certainly has the light weight but stiff response of a carbon frame. The 105 components are good as well. Yes, Ultegra and DuraAce are better, but 105's will get you where you need just fine. The shifting is pretty responsive and smooth as is the breaking. The thing that sold me on this bike over other brands was the inclusion of the 50mm carbon wheel sets that come INCLUDED with the bike. Most bikes include aluminum wheel sets. If one were to shop for 50mm wheel sets alone, it would be hard to find them for anything under $750/pair. Most would easily cost upwards of $1000 or greater. These come INCLUDED on a $1500 bike. The wheels are light. They sound cool when riding. The only drawback is when it is windy outside, they act a bit like a sail and can demand greater attention when it gusts. Regardless, I still love them! When the bike shipped, it came much more assembled than I had originally thought it would. It took a very short period of time to put it all together. I was probably riding the bike within an hour of opening it from the box. There was NO damage from shipping and the shipping time was less than anticipated (about 20 days from click to arrival). Overall, I am VERY pleased with the purchase and have really been enjoying my ride on this bike. There is a legitimate reason why this bike only has five-star ratings (at the time of writing this review). I would certainly suggest this bike for anybody looking for a good carbon frame 105 road bike. ... show more

    • Get it! And don’t look back. Great bike
I was looking for a carbon road bike. The Savadeck Herd 6.0 is an amazing bike. Very light and fast bike. Toray carbon is high quality carbon, Shimano 105 groupset is fantastic and tuned perfectly out of the box. Fizik seat is great. Not the best Fizik out there, but gets the job done nicely. The free peddles are not the best. You’re eventually going to want to replace these with a nice set of clipless peddles. It’d be nice if Savadeck added an option for matching Shimano clipless peddles. But most bikes in this range don’t come with peddles, so at least getting a free set of standard peddles was nice to see. I’m 5’10” tall and have a 30” inseam. The 52cm frame is perfect for me. I was worried about this as I was on the fence between the 52cm and 54cm. Get the lesser, Savadeck appears to be bigger on their sizing. Other reviews have mentioned the same. The brake pads are not carbon compatible. They’ll work, but not designed for carbon rims. I swapped these out immediately for a set of SwissStop Prince Carbon pads. This would be the only negative I would give. A bike at this price point that’s all carbon should have carbon compatible brake pads. Overall, get this bike. You won’t regret it. My bike came in three weeks which was a lot sooner than the estimated time. Great job Savadeck. You’ll no doubt become a top contender in the cycling game at this rate. Keep it up. ... show more

I spend countless hours, days and weeks researching and benchmarking models, makers and recommendations from people owning bikes because I wanted to upgrade from a "robust but heavy" $189 road bike from Walmart into a more competitive model, then I found SAVA HERD6.0. In brief, this experience has been remarkable because the ease of order, finance program from Amazon and the super fast delivery straight from the factory gave me an unforgettable experience, and now that I have used this bike for 275 miles into the first month of use in 2020. I have to say that it is highly recommended product. One comment is that if you plan to purchase a bike to be a competitive race biker, this is the right product for you but... I learned that the crank set is only 2T 50/34 MS with its smallest cassette at 11T therefore its speed is limited where you may find Shimano crank sets with 2T 53/39 or higher (I do not know if SAVA would custom build it for you with larger set) but I researched and found that by increasing its crank sets will provide speed gains on flat terrains at the expense of extra effort on high hills, thus you have to weight your alternative if you decide to upgrade to gain speed and be ready to put extra effort on a mountain climb. I also changed the seat for a Velo plush to have a more comfortable experience in my gluteus and its surroundings because the factory seat is rather thin and hard to stand a 50+ miles ride for 3 hrs. or more.
