Of course I wash them every single time I wear them to get the sweat off actually I what I do is I have a washing machine that has a tub in it that I can rinse them and add soap and wash them by hand and then spin them so that I don't have to actually physically run them through an entire wash cycle. But these pants are perfect they hold you in and firm you up and make you sweat everything you would want in a sweat compression garment! I went a size down and was pleased to see that they fit me perfectly you want to go maybe smaller because you want that extra little squeeze or that being held in! I would definitely recommend these to anyone that's trying to lose weight and that wants to have that extra snug appearance I wish they made these in different colors because I would wear these underneath sweaters I do love the black though I will say these you can dress up they're very nice!

The material inside almost feels like it can rip, but once you put it on, it’s very stretchy and pretty tight. I was hoping for a more form fitting fit, but it’s not bad. I have a small torso due to being 4’10, but I’m surprised at how good the medium fit. Even length wise, it feels perfect. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc I want to work out in them and see how they feel. Also they do have an odor to them, so I’m letting them air out. But besides that, I hope these really work. I will update once I get a couple of work outs in to share my experience. But so far, so good.

they looked like an XS instead of a 2X when I pulled them out of the package, but they went on easily and fit perfectly. Or rather, they fit as to be expected. I have a short torso and it's not very large/round. So the part meant for the waist is a bit tall on me but that happens with everything I wear. But I still look good in them! I love these pants. the material is soft on the outside. They have a professional, more structured look unlike leggings or yoga pants. They don't make too much noise when thighs rub. As for working out in them, they do help you sweat, but they keep you cool! I love walking outside in the summer in these pants. I don't overheat. Note: After sweating you do have to peel them down.

Ok, so, I’m a fat girl and an American… and these are STILL actually a little bigger than I’d like, just not quite enough to go down a size, I’m afraid they’d be too small then… these actually stretch out QUIT A BIT… they don’t really have any “compression” to speak of and aren’t truly “shapewear” in that way. Not entirely certain why the hook and eye closures are a thing, but I think this all has something to do with the fact that it’s a bit like trying to put on a latex glove… (not that there’s any latex in these)…. These tend to suction themselves to you at awkward times and places, especially if you try to tug them outwards perpendicular to your body… conversely, as you move throughout your range of motion, you can wind up with traveling air pockets… which feels, as you may have guessed, exactly the opposite to the glove-suck feeling, and equally weird. Having purchased these in the winter and being heat-intolerant as an overly-insulated gal, here’s what I noticed… These WILL increase your sweat production… or at least make you more AWARE of it… When paired with the vest, I noticed that I began to overheat to intolerability pretty quickly when indoors or in direct sunlight, quadruple-time while actually walking/moving arounddd. This however doesn’t translate to wearing them outdoors when it’s windy, rainy, snowy, or just plain COLD out… you definitely feel the thinness of the fabric then… interestingly enough… though you might be perfectly aware of how lightweight the fabric is and how small the numbers are on the thermometer, you will probably still notice chilly beads of sweat from time to time if you’re hydrated and you won’t really feel “cold” as long as you’re moving around.. definitely takes top of the weirdest garments I’ve ever bought list. Good value for price though!

Once on they pretty much suction cup to your body, making it hard to pull up or down if need be. But they do make you sweat which I love. I’m a heavy bottom girl and had no problems fitting them ;)

I ordered the pants in size large. I selected the full pants and they have the sauna material from waist to ankle. I can usually wear a medium or large in leggings, but since I was unfamiliar with the branding and assumed they would be extra clingly because of material, I sized up. I am 5'2 and 150lbs athletic legs and buttocks. I have short legs and a long torso. These pants fit amazing. Thin and light but not see through. Honestly, they fit better than some of my more expensive leggings and have control in all the right areas. They hit perfectly at my ankle which may be a little shorter on taller women. I will update my review once I've worn them longer and exercised in them and can give a better review on effectiveness. For the price comfort and fit, I am definitely keeping them.
