This sweat sauna suit shirt and pants works VERY well. The material is excellent and much much better than the back in the day sauna exercise suits that felt like plastic and ripped easily. This set feels like a very soft comfortable material that is easy to hand wash and hang dry (my personal preference after exercising in group fitness classes like Zumba, Step Aerobics, Strength Training & Free Weights etc). I really like the high quality material. The many hours of searching, reading and viewing product details of other brands then comparing them to this set really paid off because I got a VERY VERY good quality product that will last for years to come. Oh, and did I mention that it fit true to size and I did not have to order a size larger. My XL top and bottom set fits perfect with all the right amount of stretch. Very soft and smooth material. I purchased this set not to help with weight loss / water loss, but instead for the great health benefits sweating has on the health.

Gets working fast! Very durable and makes you sweat fast! It’s great it has pockets but I wouldn’t put my phone in my pocket cause of the sweat LoL! Fits great!

Every suit I had tore so easily within months. I have been using this suit for 2 years and it has not torn yet and still makes me sweat a lot more than usual. I love this sauna suit. It's fabric is durable and its gets the job done. I highly recommend.

I ordered up a size since these are for both men and women. That was a wise move as it fits perfectly. First day using I was walking on treadmill for 30 minutes and I was sweating so much it started dripping out of the elastic sleeves. Also my shorts had become drenched. I am thinking about buying the pants as well. Wish more color options were available.

This is the second pair I have received. The quality of the product is really bad and rips within 2 weeks. This happened to both pairs. Highly disappointed with the product and lack of customer services.

Now I only do a fast pace 2 mile walk on my treadmill but baby let me tell you how much sweat came out of the arms and legs when I was done!! It was crazy!!
