I love the look of this crate. It wasn't very hard to assemble at all. I had to stop trying to put it together to find srew driver only to find one came with the crate. It took my furbaby some time to adjust to the door openings but he seems to like it. I also have another furbaby that seems to be a Houdini and has been able to escape all her crates. I do think the placement and style of the latches are something she wouldn't be able to escape from because there is no way she could reach them with her nose. ... show more

It took me a while to put together and had to redo a couple times because directions are not very thorough. I was working on it my myself without any help so it is possible. Had to get my husband to get last screws in because it was very hard for me to do. I love how stylish it is and also used as a place for our printer and entryway table. I like the style of the crate, it wasn’t difficult to assemble but took a little time. Worked for coffee area I wanted. Once I got to a step almost to the middle/end I realized that it was damaged! Also, where there should have been 4 small holes for screws there were only 3!! The ONE AND ONLY reason I didn’t return it was because I didn’t want to un assemble it and box it, and put the plastic wrap all all individual pieces. ... show more

This crate is handsome and most importantly made of real wood and a heavy gauge metal. This is a quality piece of furniture and dog crate when assembled. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble from opening the box. It comes with Allen wrenches and a screwdriver but I used my cordless impact drill and put it together much faster than if I didn’t use it.
