We purchase it for our 15 teenage autistic son. It was easy to put together. I asked my brother for help and he ended putting it up together in less than an hour all on his own. The quality is great but and I’m just going to say this to be fair. If your child moves too much like mine I would not recommend as it will start tweaking as well as if you are an adult with action in bed that would be a no no. Over all amazing bed super sturdy only downfall is that it is not simple to build by any means especially by yourself. Get some help or you will get frustrated also have a big space to kinda lay out the millions of parts and get a drill that will make everything much smoother. I’m satisfied but building is not for the inexperienced in building things.

It’s a good frame. Assembly took like 2.5 hours to build but it was pretty easy. The bolts get confusing to identify so keep them in the packaging until you need to use them. I’ve had the bed for about two months now and it’s really squeaky. Like annoyingly loud but all in all it’s a good bed. The charger charges my devices really quickly too

Lights do not get into your face while sleeping. You can change the color! No squeaking due to it being a metal frame. VERY STURDY! Gray padding on headrest and end of bed was darker than I thought, but I love it! Plenty of space underneath. Lights can also go through a loop of colors! Ease of charging phones on shelf built into frame! We love it! :) highly recommend! 10/10!!

This bed is exactly like it appeared. It's pretty easy to build. It took me about 2.5 hours with periodic help from my husband and son. The directions were only pictures which was fine; they were adequate. There were some reviews that said the bed rattles once put together. Once we did a final tighten on all the screws and added the little plastic pieces on each of the slats, the rattle went away. My 1 issue is that there is no lip or security on the frame that keeps the mattress from sliding off the frame. When my son likes to run down the hall and launch himself onto the bed, this is a problem. I can easily see the mattress sliding half off the frame and knocking the nightstand and anything else in the way down. And we have a pretty substantial mattress so it's rather heavy.

Assembly was a chore, so have someone to assist to make it easier. You don’t need a box spring. That will make it too high and you won’t see the headboard features completely. It takes up minimal space and is a great value for the money.
