Enhanced Gaming Sessions: Saqico Head Strap Battery Review
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
As an avid Meta Quest 3 user, I decided to invest in the Saqico Head Strap Battery to extend my gaming sessions, and it has certainly made a noticeable difference. The 10000mAh battery pack is impressive, providing additional playtime that allows me to dive deeper into VR experiences without constantly worrying about battery life. The enhanced support from the strap helps distribute the weight more evenly, reducing the strain on my neck during longer gaming sessions. Installation was relatively easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The strap fits snugly around my head, ensuring that the battery pack stays in place even during intense movements. I appreciate the sleek design, which doesn't add too much bulk to the overall headset, maintaining its lightweight feel. However, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The battery pack adds some extra weight, which can become noticeable after extended use, potentially causing discomfort for those who play for hours on end. Additionally, while the compatibility is great for Quest 3S, it lacks versatility for other VR models, limiting its use if you switch devices in the future. The build quality is decent, but I did encounter a couple of instances where the straps felt a bit loose, requiring readjustment to maintain a secure fit. Overall, the Saqico Head Strap Battery is a solid accessory for enhancing your Meta Quest 3S experience, offering extended playtime and improved support. It strikes a good balance between functionality and comfort, though the added weight and limited compatibility are points to consider. A solid 3-star rating for its performance and design, with potential for enhancements in weight distribution and broader compatibility.

Super comfortable. Get One!
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
I purchased this headgear&battery combo because the headgear that came with the Oculus is terrible. Either it was too loose or too tight and after some time playing, I felt like my face was being pulled off my skull. My second gripe was the battery life. I understand it's a powerful computer and in a compact package. However, I wanted more time to play. So after searching and looking at different headsets, I settled on this because, it looked well built and comfortable. Adjusting the headgear for different users is a breeze compared to what comes with the Oculus. sliding the headset on and off is very easy smooth. This headgear makes the Oculus feel sturdier. In terms of weight, the addition of the battery benefits in 2 ways 1. longer play and 2. the battery balances the headset. this prevents the dreaded face pull. I give this headgear a solid A. It fits good, it works well, and most of all, the price is fantastic.

Very comfortable for extended use.
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
Mostly got it for comfort, my primary use is PCVR so I usually have a cable attached which means I don’t have a lot to offer on battery life, but it does seem pretty good. When I take it off, I let the battery recharge the headset and I rarely charge the battery so seems pretty strong. I tend to play in 2-3 hour sessions but sometimes even longer, so I do charge the headset quite a bit even though I use it cabled. The area I will comment and the reason I went 5 star is the comfort. It’s very easy to put on since you can open it all the way to put on the headset over glasses and then adjust it once it’s in place. Between the adjustment wheel and the cushioned head strap it sits nicely and doesn’t put pressure on the forehead or bridge of the nose. For the price it’s a very good product, the design is simple but it just works the way you want. I’m quite happy with it.

Does the job.
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
I bought this product because I am recently at the time bought the quest three, which was an upgrade from the quest two. But, thanks to Meta and their wonderful designs, my expensive Meta strap for the quest two would not be able to be used on the quest three because of how they attach. So that left me with the dilemma to either spend another $120 and buy a new Meta strap that would work for the quest three or get an offbrand like this. So I opted to save the money and get this. Result: Battery life is really good, and I can play plenty of the hours. I want to without battery interruption. It charges pretty quickly and is comfortable enough. The only downside and reason this didn’t get five stars is because the charging capabilities could’ve been better. What I mean by that is it would have been nice to have a single cable USB-C to plug into the Meta unit, that was permanent into the battery pack. Then have the USB-C port to plug-in from the wall to the back of the battery pack so that it would charge both the battery pack and Meta at the same time. However, in order to charge the Meta unit you have to unplug the battery pack from the Meta unit. Use a separate USB-C to charge the Meta unit and then a separate USB-C to charge the battery pack. This gets a little bit tedious every time I want to charge I have to unplug the units from both ends with the included mini cable then I have to plug each unit separately just to get the batteries to charge. Thankfully, I have enough free ports to be able to do that.. Otherwise, it’s a great product. Maybe another version will come out later where they make it one cable versus the above mentioned. If that’s the case, I probably stick with it.

100% satisfied
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
Very pleased, does everything I wanted and expected as far as adjustment comfort aded play time weight distribution etc etc. does more then expected really. it doesn't just fit one way I can tighten it to the back of my head wile standing and being very active and it stays or put it on top of my head if I'm leaning up against my headboard and just playing pokernor etc. Fits comfortably well on kids. I was able to adjust enough for children between 8ish and 15ish and they could accurately slingshot the targets on the Rollercoaster game while I was casting and watching them so it must have fit them correctly enough. The turn dial no it's just clutch can't beat it top pads very comfortable hardly notice it Definitely pleased all around with this purchase. I think I chose it over the other options morely because battery lasting time and design of external battery. Placement and all I thought would be better for me and I'm happy with it I cannot negate the other aftermarket straps designs though but I'm very pleased with this design for sure. 100% approval & recommendation.

Great value. Excellent performer. A definite buy.
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
Installation was simple, clip off the sides and undo the top of the original strap. Installing the new straps sides need some force to successfully clip on. I had to reseat them a couple times before they stayed. The battery is connected to the Q3 headset by a provided short cable and velcro tie. I use a magnetic system that I prefer. Realize that you'll have to timeshare your charger or double down on chargers to keep everything topped off. I'd prefer a system with a passthru to limit the number of connections I make. This would reduce setup time for play and reduce setup for recharging. I had a hard ratchet strap for my Quest2, and I found this one for a really reasonable price that had the bonus of a large battery pack on it. The battery adds lots of life to the playtime of the Quest3, and the ratchet performs just as you expect it to. The unexpected benefit from this strap was the hinge position and the ingress/egress advantage it provided. Once you have the size adjusted to your head, you simply bend the back of the strap up at the hinge and remove it. But getting in is made easier, because you seat the goggles on your eyes, bend down the back of the strap at the hinge, and you're good to go. It remembers how tight you left it. I'd buy again. Good construction, features, and value. Thanks

Long Lasting and Comfortable
Edition: Battery Strap for Quest 3/3S
I bought this along with a Meta quest 3S after reading how short the battery life was. 2.5 hrs of battery life s not going to cut it, having two kids share the headset over Christmas break. This head strap has delivered so far. It is comfortable, even balancing the weight of the headset a little bit. We've had a couple days where we were playing for hours and the battery did not run out. It had been a great and much needed purchase for me.
