I’ve been using this on my Louis Vuitton raw vachetta. It protects it nicely and I’ve had no problems with water spots. It doesn’t change the color of the vachetta and allows it patina naturally without the ugly spots! Good stuff!

I got these to waterproof a pair of birkenstock clogs and it worked super well. It was easy to use and I highly recommend. It did take 2 days to do the process in full, but worth it!

I read through all of the reviews on multiple products like this and ended up choosing this one despite the negative reviews on this one. I used it to protect and waterproof a pair of white sketcher cloth shoes and a pair of Ugg shoes. It was enough for both with a little left over. I applied about 3-4 coats on each pair with full drying time in the sun for each. It did not discolor either. Water wicks right off of them. I've worn my white shoes a handful of times now and still clean. The continuous spray action is really good. It did not clog up for me. There was a review saying it clogged up. I would say use it sooner than later and maybe if the bottle sits for a while then used again, you may have this issue. This was a great choice! ... show more

I sprayed onto two pairs of shoes that are suede and I must say, the water resistance is impressive. Water just drips right off. Time will tell about stains but to be honest, just regularly clean your shoes if you see them get dirty and spray DWR again. Dirt is unavoidable but making your pair of shoes last longer from water damage is more important, especially leather where it breaks down over time if you’re not careful. No harmful long lasting chemicals is the main reason I got this, on top of this brand’s rep from their cleaning product line which I personally use. I highly recommend giving this DWR spray a try if you want something not so chemically smelling and a safer choice for your shoes and your lungs. ... show more

We loved finding a cleaner shoe repellant spray. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant but decided to give this one a try. I'm so glad I did. We've used this spray on several pairs of shoes--from Tasmans to tennis shoes, and it's performed well on them all. I was a little nervous when a few dots appeared on the Birkenstocks I sprayed, but the spray dried, and the small spots completely disappeared once dry. I can’t lie, I was a little skeptical at first cuz I had never heard of the brand but I had bought some shoes that I have to wear in all types of weather. The 1st day I put them on was a day after it rained & my foot got wet from the grass. I bought this stuff & applied it a lil heavy cuz the shoe is kind of mesh like.
