Just finished using the product. I’m actually quite impressed. While mine were bad dirty (stepped in mud), I wasn’t able to clean them for about 18 hours so I was worried it was set in. They cleaned to an almost new appearance. I also cleaned a pair of my wife’s shoes that did have a lot of set in stains. I didn’t soak either pair and while hers didn’t clean 100%, it was a daylight to dark difference. I’ll order the soak and do hers again with that to see the results. The mass to disintegrate as others have mentioned, but if you go gentle as the instructions say, they do last enough for a pair or two. I used two pads total for both pairs and honestly still have a decent amount of pad left in each so I could have probably used one for both. The orange side came off of one of the pads but I was still able to use both white and orange separately just fine. 10/10 would recommend for a quick clean and hopefully the soak will work good for the set in stains.

The media could not be loaded. I like these because they work. However, one is pretty much good for just one shoe or maybe one and a half shoes. They do crumble, (but so do magic erasers) so they’re not much different than magic erasers. I do think they’re a little bit sturdier than the magic erasers and they get the job done!

I am not overly impressed and expected stronger stain removal from shoes. While it does do some cleaning, it also disintegrates a lot and leaves a mess for you to cleanup. It worked on my kids’ Crocs (minus the pen and marker marks), but just about any cleaning solution works on Cros. It also worked beautifully on my kids’ Nike Dunks. However, the main reason I bought these was to clean my On Cloud sneakers and it did nothing to the mesh material. I suppose it really depends on the material and fabric of the shoes. I will not be repurchasing as I think the Magic Erasor and a little bit of Dawn works just as well.

10/10 I never leave reviews, actually this is my first one but that’s how good this product works. You can use it on multiple shoes and it comes off very fast. You don’t have to soak the shoe in water just wet the scrubber thing and you’re good to go. It doesn’t smell bad or good, it doesn’t have a smell really. And it’s not as messy as other products because of how fast it works

Unfortunately, SneakErasers did nothing to clean my white tennis shoes. I should have paid more attention to the “leather” mentioned deep in the description. I read on the SneakErasers website that they offered a SneakEraser detergent ($9.99) to soak tough stains overnight, which said the product worked on canvas shoes as well. However, in my experience, a good whitening toothpaste with baking soda combined with lightly scrubbing with a hard (or medium if necessary) bristle toothbrush, works like a champ on my canvas Hokas’s. I like that they’re a US owned small business, but their sponges, even with a lot of effort, didn’t do the job.

I was expecting this to be another hyped product that did not live up to its name and marketing. Wow, I was wrong. I very seldom write reviews except when a product fails me in order to warn others about my experience. In this case, I'm writing to let potential purchasers know this works as advertised. I have used it now on seven sneakers and shoes and it works extremely well. I've only tried it around the edges of white or light brown shoes, But each time it was amazing how much dirt it took off. One pair of shoes I used a small towel with soap and water first. Then I used this product and got even more off. What I also like is it's easy to carry and there's not soap and messy liquid that I have to deal with. I'm definitely bringing several on upcoming trips as they're so easy to use and store. I highly recommend this product. The only minimally negative comment is that it does not last as long as shown in videos. But at this price and this effectiveness, I don't care.

They clean fairly well, but you have a bigger mess to clean from all the sponge shavings as the cleaner very easily shreds itself into many small pieces. It is difficult to clean both shoes with one sponge as they fall apart so quickly.
