Description

Each (reusable!) SneakERASERS sponge needs to be moistened before swiping soles to activate its cleaning power. Add water and then rub gently across the desired area for maximum cleaning, and you’ll see pesky scuff marks disappear! During use, the white side of the sponge will naturally disintegrate. Remember to use the orange side to quickly swipe away any remnants off your shoe. Our sponges only work when wet. If the SneakERASERS begin to dry, simply add water to fully reactivate the cleaning power!

Works as advertised. Makes cleaning shoes easy. The only negative is that as the pads breakdown from use, they leave a lot of small pieces as debris, so put something under them to catch it, but no biggie.

These worked great! They made a big difference in how clean my shoes looked. I used one eraser to clean two pairs of shoes. It definitely didn’t hold up as well on the second pair, as other reviews have said, it begins to fall apart. It’s a sponge so it’s not going to last forever, keep that in mind. They are supposed to be disposable. That’s not a negative, it’s just a fact. I will buy them again when this package is used up. ... show more

Okay, I found a dirtier pair and I change my mind. It is pretty nice. Took a star away because the sponge is one time use. Idk if it’s meant to be but that doesn’t seem right to me. This works slightly better than a wet paper towel. My sneakers didn’t have stains or scuffs but just dirt and it cleaned them well but the sponge started to deteriorate before I even got to the second one. So I was cleaning up broken sponge pieces along with grass/dirt. Just not worth it in my opinion. ... show more

I spent a bit of time looking at the various shoe / sneaker cleaners, reading the reviews, before deciding on this one. All I can say is that I'm simply blown away at how good this cleaner is. It's akin to the Magic Eraser cleaner for the walls. I wet the sponge and started rubbing it on the sneakers. I was shocked when I could see that the stains were getting removed. Since there were no suds or anything, I wondered if it really was doing anything or was it just the water helping to remove the dirt. So, I took a sponge, wet it and tried cleaning the other side of the sneaker. Nothing happened. That's when I knew that this was indeed the real deal. Prior to purchasing this product, I had bought a different one from the mall. That one was in liquid form and came with a small brush. It didn't really clean that well even with the brush. And being true to my middle name being 'Klutz', shortly after I cleaned the sneakers, I ended up dropping some indian curry oil onto the sneakers. This thing was able to remove it from the fabric part quite easily and all but removed it from the bottom white foam part. One has to know that it's there to see it. I'm sure if I spent more time scrubbing it, the stain would completely disappear. I don't think there's a product out there that can remove curry oil stains. So, I'm amazed at what it did remove. As advertised! Almost like a Magic Eraser. I did not have the problem that other reviewers mentioned, like the pad disintegrating during use. I'm able to use it on another pair soon. Still looks intact.

Interesting product. It is like an eraser. I tested this on one shoe and with the other shoe, I used Magic Erase with Bar Keepers powder cleaner. The SneakERASER actually worked better. Amazing. Wow

    • Not effective on scuffing on white walking shoes

Good idea, but only effective against the lightest of scuffs. I have this product a "3" as it was effective in forcing me to clean the toe areas of my shoes up a bit, and the top cleaned up pretty good too. So 3 points for that, but the product didn't clean deeply or well in the toe areas of both shoes. Edit (a few hours later): the scuffs are less noticeable - this product appears to need a few hours to achieve it's level of effectiveness. The scuffs aren't completely wiped away, but the shoes look better, so I raised the score to a 4. ... show more
