I bought this camera about a year ago, it’s worked better then expected. The quality of the camera is great and the ease of use makes it that much better. One of the pins broke on my camera head which I was a little bummed out since that’s what activated the LED lights but after a few messages with customer service they said they would ship a free one right over. Great customer service!

The media could not be loaded. I used this camera once since receiving it in February.The first time it worked just fine although the keyboard wasn't functional every time you hit the buttons. Today is March 26th and my return window closed last week and the screen started to shut off on me while I was using it and then it started glitching all together and would not come on. I removed all the cables inspected them and then reinstall them and it didn't fix the issue. I got to use it one time and now it is broken and past the return window. I definitely would not recommend buying this product. Update: Customer service reached out to me and offered help in making my purchase right. They offered trouble shooting ideas and even sent a power cord. None of the ideas nor the power cord worked. However, they sent a whole new camera to me. Although it was very frustrating to have the camera break on my second use, the customer service was superb, and they promised they were fixing known issues on their product. This company really did care and took care of me. Because of this, I've changed my mind and do recommend this company and camera.

We use the system for facility maintenance sewer inspections. It works great. The first job we filmed was nearly 175' to the manhole and the cable had no problems going out and back. The recorded view was very clear and provided a great detail on the integrity of the line, and fittings. We are very pleased.

I have been using this camera for a few months now and it has been performing well. I had an issue with the camera head and customer service was great and I had my problem solved in a short period of time.

Camera head wasn’t sealed well from the manufacturer and failed pretty quickly. I had to order another one yesterday. Not sure how to reach out to the manufacturer for any sort of coverage on that. I know it’s a get what you pay for, but you should be able to use it more than a handful of times without that much trouble….

I recently purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it arrived defective straight out of the package didn’t power on or charge. The frustration of receiving a faulty item was compounded by the fact that it was an extremely expensive purchase. Now, I'm faced with the daunting task of navigating a lengthy return process. This experience has been disappointing and inconvenient, to say the least. I hope the company can work on their return procedures to make it less burdensome for customers in similar situations.

It is pretty solid/robust for the money. Compact. The 512hz transmitter is always on. But the more you take care of things the longer they last. I emailed Mr. Chan at the company 3xs and they responded almost immediately.
