I bought this camera about a year ago, it’s worked better then expected. The quality of the camera is great and the ease of use makes it that much better. One of the pins broke on my camera head which I was a little bummed out since that’s what activated the LED lights but after a few messages with customer service they said they would ship a free one right over.     • Do not buy this camera!
DO NOT BUY! Their "1 year warranty" is useless! The camera worked pretty well for about 6 months. Then it started to become hit or miss whether the camera would produce an image on the screen. I checked all the connections. Everything was tight but when I would be able to get an image, it would be really grainy, dark, and low definition. After a few more uses I couldn't get an image on the screen even though the camera head was getting power and the connections were good. I contacted Sanyipace and got them to send a new camera head. It slightly improved the issue, but it is still hit or miss whether I can get an image (just a blue screen) and when I do, it's really low resolution. Nothing like the image quality when I bought it. Sanyipace will not replace the camera and they've stopped responding to my emails. ... show more

This camera is awesome and the warranty they offer is superb u have any issues they respond on time and help u thru the process I def recommend this camera it works very nice on all sewer lines . Perfect for transporting to different jobs love the compact it comes in

It is pretty solid/robust for the money. Compact. The 512hz transmitter is always on. But the more you take care of things the longer they last. I emailed Mr. Chan at the company 3xs and they responded almost immediately.

Camera head wasn’t sealed well from the manufacturer and failed pretty quickly. I had to order another one yesterday. Not sure how to reach out to the manufacturer for any sort of coverage on that. I know it’s a get what you pay for, but you should be able to use it more than a handful of times without that much trouble…. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I used this camera once since receiving it in February.The first time it worked just fine although the keyboard wasn't functional every time you hit the buttons. Today is March 26th and my return window closed last week and the screen started to shut off on me while I was using it and then it started glitching all together and would not come on. I removed all the cables inspected them and then reinstall them and it didn't fix the issue. I got to use it one time and now it is broken and past the return window. I definitely would not recommend buying this product. Update: Customer service reached out to me and offered help in making my purchase right. They offered trouble shooting ideas and even sent a power cord. None of the ideas nor the power cord worked. However, they sent a whole new camera to me. Although it was very frustrating to have the camera break on my second use, the customer service was superb, and they promised they were fixing known issues on their product. This company really did care and took care of me. Because of this, I've changed my mind and do recommend this company and camera. ... show more
