The old man suffers from osteoarthritis and continues to carry his 45 lb belt. He works at least 48 hrs a week. He must! He is the sole provider. I would rub his back for hours, hands cramping. I'd do anything to comfort him. We've tried every OTC cream on the market. We even bought a OTC tens unit. NO RELIEF!! We bought Santa Medical Electrotherapy Pain Relief unit, model PM-510. YES YES YES. He's been using this unit every night for the past week. This unit reduces his joint pain so he can fall asleep faster, sleeps longer, and reduces his pain during the day. Most nights he wakes in pain. He powers the unit on again and back to sleep. He's only been using his unit for a week and has noticed his bones in his back n neck do not hurt as much as they did before he started using Santa Medical Electrotherapy Pain Relief unit, model PM-510. The unit comes with two separate pairs of wires. He puts two patches on his lower back and two patches on his neck turns the unit on and falls asleep!! AMAZING! Its comes with a USB charger. He has used the same four patches for the past week. It looks like he will be able to use this same patches for a month. I rarely give feedback but this unit brings such comfort I had to share our experience in hopes others who suffer in pain will give Santa Medical Electrotherapy Pain Relief unit, model PM-510 a try. ... show more

Came in a really nice box and very organized. You can use all 4 pads at the same time which is nice! Small so it's super nice to just slip in your pocket while you continue your daily tasks or just lay in your bed. I have chronic pain in my sciatica nerve/tail bone because I was walking and hit by a car and the doctor told me to get a Tens Unit because I was sick of going to the physical therapy place everyday. This thing has literally saved my life. The settings are all really good and the intensity varies aloottt so you have quite a bit to choose from. The lowest intensity for some reason hurts more than the next one up but I think that's just cause your like working just the surface of your skin. I love like the 4th and 5th levels. They really hit the spot for me. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because most TENS units I have ever used have a setting for a consistent current. This one just has different pulse settings some longer than others nothing too crazy though. Definitely worth the money though. My husband uses it if he is sore after a hard workout day and he loves it because he feels a lot better afterwards. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a TENS unit ... show more

I began using a tens machine after an accident left me with chronic back and shoulder pain and frequent muscle spasms. This unit is very small but packs enough power. None of the units made me "pain free" but did reduce the pain making it more bearable and reduced the amount of times I need to take medications for it. For me, it works best with tight muscle spasms. Since using the tens, my spasms no longer get so bad that I'm bed ridden for days at a time. If I use this at the first signs, it prevents the spasms from spreading. Sometimes, I may need to go through three or four cycles but it's worth it. I love having the rechargeable battery so I can get up and move around and I'm not stuck in one place until the cycle is over. It has several modes and it took several tries to find the one that worked best. I liked this unit so much, I gave one to a friend of mine who suffers from muscle pain in his neck following surgery a few years ago. It's worked so well for him that he said it's the best improvement he's had since his surgery. I think it's the best unit I've had for the price, size and convenience and would definitely recommend it. ... show more
