  • Have not tried the recipes yet but I love the book
Format: Paperback
Have not tried the recipes yet but I love the book. The recipes seem very authentic and not very complicated. I have marked several recipes that I want to try and I am sure they will taste really, really good.

  • Excellently written cookbook
Format: Paperback
The recipes in this cookbook are very well written and one can be assured of a successful outcome. I have been disappointed in the quality of recipes in books that I have purchased in the past. Well done.

  • Santa Fe cooking!
Format: Paperback
THis is a gift for a friend who saw it and wanted it! So I can't provide a useful review except to say that it was easy to find the cookbook, and that was very rewarding! However, I find doing this kind of review not particularly useful.

  • Fabulous recipes
Format: Paperback
Visiting Santa Fe, I saw this book at our lodging accommodations. The recipes are great for Southwest cuisine.

It just doesn't quite reflect the range and depth of flavors and excitement we experienced in person. The Cooking School itself was closed when I was there, as I went to visit and hoped to look around the bookstore in person. ... show more

  • This isn't just a Tex-Mex cookbook -- it raises New Mexican cooking to an entirely new level of cuisine.
Format: Paperback
The recipes are unique and detailed. They are centered on fresh ingredients and do not rely on 'cans of chilis or jars of salsa.

  • Santa Fe School of Cooking

This book has great recipes and great photos. I'd love to go to the school to further educate my southwestern cooking skills.
