It's too bad this product is so flimsy anf cheap because it's actually a really good design! I had low back pain while working from home. The solution was lumbar support. The product works very well! So, why the three stars? Because it's falling apart. Luckily, I know how to use a needle and thread. Every seam in this thing is coming undone. I would send it back, but it really does work well. I guess I'll just continue to patch it up and when it finally disintegrates, I'll look for a more expensive model of the same thing. It cost me about $17--maybe I didn't pay enough. ... show more
